Nov 18,2017I was very happy with Ship Smart's service. The pick-up went smoothly, and the trip to California was within a reasonable amount of time. My delivery arrived in perfect condition, and my family was thrilled to receive an important piece of "home".

Nov 14,2017A major shipping company referred us to Ship Smart due to the small size of our shipment. It was 18 medium size boxes containing Grandma's china, Xmas village, and a Halloween village plus some other collectibles. The quote process was easy as I weighed all the boxes to insure there would be no surprises. The pickup went off as scheduled. When it arrived cross country the boxes were on a pallet inside a wood box that contained padding materials. No damage and a happy customer. I would use them again.

Nov 10,2017I was surprised that my items weren't crated at my house but everything shipped in perfect condition. The items were taken to a nearby warehouse to be crated. Apparently all was done perfectly

Nov 03,2017My experience with Ship Smart was excellent from the first call through delivery. They made the process simple and straightforward. Their contractors were on time for pick up and delivery. Nothing was damaged. The price they quoted was the price I paid. Everyone was professional and helpful. The move was last minute and I made numerous changes. Ship Smart was easy to work with every step of the way. I would definitely use their services again!!

Nov 03,2017Awesome staff pick up the phone (every time!) and answer all questions and concerns with friendly and supportive help. Every step in the process was explained and emails sent to confirm and remind of dates and times. Moving company was thorough, careful and answered all questions. Delivery was on time, white glove treatment, and oh so careful with items/furniture. Not a single dish, crystal glassware, or piece of furniture was in any way harmed. Wow. Five Stars!

Oct 14,2017From the first phone call this was a very pleasant experience. Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional. Everything I was told was performed and/or completed in the estimated time and for the estimated price. The delivery was a little tough in that we were not there when the delivery truck arrived. The driver was very polite and patient and waited a few minutes for us to arrive. I couldn't be more happy with the service we received for the money paid.

Sep 30,2017I looked around at least 5 options on sending 44 boxes from Maryland to Las Vegas and Ship Smart was the best solution all around which included pricing, pickup, delivery, and options. I would use them in a minute if I had to move a bunch of boxes again.

Sep 27,2017Had a bad customer service experience with this company. I was also told multiple different things about the timeline of shipping my items, and found the person in charge of my case rude and abrasive in dealing with my worries about the timely arrival of my items. While the items were mostly in good condition on arrival, one box was missing and two boxes contained items that had been damaged in transit to my new apartment. Would not use this service again.
