Nov 29,2021Really happy we went with shiptheroy, was so surprised when we got a call to help with setup (so many companies make it difficult to speak with someone) but not shiptheory. Was talked through the setup by Rita and ran a test print to make sure all was working. Very simple and will save us loads of time and possible human input errors. Really wonderful service.

Nov 26,2021We started with the basic package to use it for 1 type of service, when we start creating rules, we found it really simple and it works all the time, within a month we are now on Enterprise doing 40,000+ per month, with 4 different couriers and 50 different services, and rules are taking care of everything including IOSS, Trade Customers in EU and ROW. saving so much time and making our user experience easy enough that from day 1 they can work as great as our experienced staff. I have to appreciate their team, from account manager , support and development. I cannot finish my review without mentioning Josh Hodder, who has gone extra extra miles to make it happen, Thank Josh and ShipTheory to make it happen.

When we have needed tech support it is received instantly and is always of the highest quality

Nov 18,2021Shiptheory is a great shipping tool that just works. The support is excellent too. I use it with a Shopify store and use it with APC and have used it with Parcel2Go. I would not hesitate to add other couriers when required. Shiptheory guided me through the initial set up stage and it has work seamlessly.

Nov 12,2021Setting up our new ERP system has been a major project for our business over the last eight months. The integration of shipping management with our carrier and this new system has been made possible using Shiptheory. The support during the on boarding process from Shiptheory is now the bench mark we will use for tech support. If only other providers understood like Shiptheory do what real support is. Has the process been seamless, no but it never would be when trying to connect a number of moving parts. But at no point have Shiptheory delayed the process. Communication, understanding and pro-activity in spades is our experience when it comes to Shiptheory. This is a genuine review, I state this as sometimes when reading such a positive review I would be put off and question its integrity.
