Jan 27,2022Josh Hodder helped us from our initial enquiry, right through to set up and implementation of the software. For us this process took a lengthy 7 months by no fault of their own due to complications with the way we ship and our web developers changing the site to work as it needed to, however Josh kept in contact with us very regularly to see how things were progressing and if there was anything he could do to help to speed things up for us and our developers. We are now set up ready to use, Josh gathered all of the information and prepared the software ready to use, ensuring it was all working smoothly and provided training on how to use it - as we haven't used it fully as of yet it's difficult to review the product as such but it looks fantastic and we're super excited to begin. Accepted all of the courier options that we required, versatile subscription packages, rules to speed things up and automate processes. Overall a highly recommended product and service. Thank you Josh!

From calling to check if we needed more support to offering helpful advice,all done in a really friendly & supportive working manner. I would definitely recommend Shiptheory to another small business requiring such integration but Josh in particular has been so helpful through this new process for our business, Molby the Label.

It's a great shipping software that gives you a wide range of customisability between different couriers and services. The customer support available through live chat and email is great and often receives an almost immediate response allowing you to move forward with your business.

Jan 25,2022It's so amazing to have a human at the other end of the phone! And patient, competent and friendly humans to boot! Rita, George and the tech team were very responsive and took the time to walk us through the process of getting set up and were always available to answer question and check in with us. We're still working out to what extent the app is going to help us with our slightly unorthodox shipping process, but I can 100% recommend Ship Theory for their outstanding customer service. Will update about the app itself once we've had a bit more time with it.

Our questions were answered in a matter of minutes, trial periods extended multiple times whilst our developers worked on the integration - I couldn't have asked for better customer service.
