Mar 24,2021Shiptheory is so quick and easy to use - it's going to save me hours of time at work! I was very fortunate to have Rita working on our set up. She is so efficient, professional and helpful and she could not have made the transition any smoother for our company. If ever I needed to ask her a question, she would fire an email straight back to me and was always on hand over the phone to help with whatever I needed. Rita also gave me step by step instructions to help set up Shiptheory over the phone and has a great telephone manner and is very calm (just what you need when you're looking at a new system!). She's followed up to see how I'm getting on and continues to answer any question (no matter how silly) with informative and detailed responses. I really can't recommend her and Shiptheory highly enough! Thanks again Rita, you're a star!

A big plus is that when you call, you know you're going to be able to actually speak with someone and more often than not, explain or solve any issues very quickly. The application is very easy to use and we have had no down times to date. We would not hesitate to recommend.

It makes it so simple to complete orders on Shopify and has a good integrated label feature that we were desperate for. The customer service is also amazing, Josh is very helpful and always happy to take my calls!

Dec 04,2020ShipTheory has been incredibly helpful in enabling us to scale our e-commerce business. We've gone from 5-10 orders per day, to over 100 daily orders. By using ShipTheory we've been able to automate our whole e-commerce fulfilment so that we now have a range of rules set up that select the correct service based on the variables like the location, product and value. It's very difficult to understate the quality of customer service by ShipTheory. It's genuinely the best CS I've ever had from any company. RJ has been instrumental in helping us get it working how we would like it to. Thanks!

Shiptheory was the only provider that could connect with all the carriers we needed, whereas others misled us in this area. The onboarding team were very attentive and supportive in helping us set up, with a clear focus on getting the system working for our business. After months of using Shiptheory, we haven't experienced any service interruption and have greatly reduced our order processing times. I would recommend Shiptheory to anyone looking for a shipping management solution.

The best thing about this product is the customer service which comes with it. If you have the slightest issue the helpful Shiptheory staff will sort it for you. Highly reccomended.

Nov 27,2020We recently moved our online store to Magento and took the opportunity to streamline our dispatch process. Our store ships worldwide using several carriers, but this was all very easy to set up with Shiptheory using their Shipping Rules. They seem to have thought of everything. Now we just click a Shiptheory link in Magento and the right carrier label appears on the printer and even a customs label when its needed. As a result, it is taking our team a fraction of the time it used to take to prepare parcels for dispatch. On the few occasions we have needed support, it has been quick and very helpful. Nov 26,2020At the beginning of lockdown we decided to bring our fulfilment in house to try and save some money. This was all very manual but as order volumes were low was easily manageable. As lockdown lifted we were struggling with the manual data entry to create labels and was proving very time consuming so looked at solutions that would partner with both Shopify and Dear accounting and ShipTheory was the one. The onboarding process was easy and Rita was super quick at getting back to us with any questions we had and still regularly checks in on us. It was simple to set up automation rules and we are now flying. This simple software is saving us at least 6 hours a day in admin and having the automated label printing going straight through to the warehouse has made life soooo much easier. For small business like ours looking for efficiency savings in their pick pack process this is a must have!
