Jul 30,2021Shiptheory has made shipping less complex and more straightforward than using Royal Mail's native system (which is far too complex and for bulk shipping requires the use of a spreadsheet which is time consuming). More importantly for me, and indeed seems a rare thing nowadays, the customer service and support has been brilliant and any issues (usually 'how to' questions as nothing has gone amiss) are responded to very quickly. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Rita our account manger has gone over and above and has called me several times to make sure everything is okay as part of the on boarding process.

I no longer have to use Parcelforce outdated system and instead just hit a button in Shopify and a few seconds later my label is printed. The product can only be trumped by the exceptional customer service received, it's very rare to find a company that offers such a personal approach at an extremely affordable price point. Wish I'd started using it sooner.

We have 20+ Clients across 5 different platforms (WooCommerce/Shopify/Amazon etc) and Shiptheory has funneled them all into 1 easy to manage dashboard. The shipping rules are great and Josh in particular has been a great support throughout the on-boarding, and continues to be so reliable if there are any issues that need ironing out.

Aug 06,2021Shiptheory has revolutionised how we administrate orders and made the process 10x quicker. From the moment I got in touch with Shiptheory, they explained any worries I had about the automation process straight away. Our account manager Josh has been excellent, super quick to respond, and even sat through with us whilst we set up the service on our new website. On top of that, once we got set up, we have been asked 2 or 3 times if we need help with anything and if there are any teething issues which is unlike any other service we've had in the tech world before! The time saved using Shiptheory can now be used to concentrate on marketing, accounting, and the other time-consuming areas of running a business. Overall a top service and a super helpful caring team that we will be sure to keep on using for years to come.
