Setting up the account was straight forward and the help given by them initially was helpful and made the set up straightforward. Since set up we have been liaising with Rita Jenkins who has helped set up shipping rules and answer all our issues. Her help has been greatly appreciated as she has made sure not only that issues are sorted but explained how we can manage these items ourselves going forward. A good experience all round with Ship theory

The magento integration worked straight away, and the integration with each of the couriers we worked with was painless and easy to put in place. The admin panel and user interface is really easy to use. Honestly business changing. What really sets ShipTheory apart is the team and the customer service and technical support.

Nov 24,2020WoW! What a fantastic piece of software for rapid order despatch. Reduced administrative costs and very easy to setup. Customer service from the full team has bean phenomenal. Plenty of support available to help setup. As a 3PL it has taken some time to find the perfect shipping platform that manages multi carrier yet still giving us full control. We will definitely be looking to now integrate ship-theory into our WMS as a permanent software for all order fulfilment.

Shiptheory gave us the power and flexibility to create many logic rules and automate the entire fulfilment process from point of order right through to the printing of shipping labels. The customer service is second to none, really impressive response times and quality of support.

They are always at the end of the line and have resolved every issue we have had right there and then. I have to give a special mention to RITA who has been instrumental in making sure things run smoothly, always. Highly recommend them.

Nov 26,2020Really easy to set up and the support team are really helpful. Ive had several calls with Josh who has been my main contact. Ive always gone to Josh with any issues (minimal issues) and he has been quick to prodvide support and guide me. The platform itself is great and does exactly what is needed.
