I am an Software Integration Developer and we provide integration with Ship Theory through their API Service to our ERP System, which we encountered several difficulties in development and Deployment. The Support Team have assisted at every turn with same-day responses and technical details which enabled us to deploy our integration successfully. The Service API is fantastic and has vastly improved our delivery Pipeline. With Special thanks to: Ethan & Luke for outstanding help with our Development!

The customer service has been spot on, one of the best I've had a recently. My contact Josh, has been on the ball and answered any question I've had within a few hours. He's always checking in to see if I need any more help. I've asked about getting a new channel integrated and Olie from the Dev team has been great to work with. Overall I'm really pleased with shiptheory as a and the the customer service is second to none!

Feb 11,2022Moved to shiptheory from shipstation - not because of any fault with ship station but because our couriers didn’t run on it. We were reluctant to move to yet another new user interface and go through another learning process again, but we were astounded at how quickly Josh and the team responded to our questions and hand held us through phone calls to get set up in super quick time. The learning curve wasn’t as bad as we expected as shiptheory have made a complicated process simple. From customers placing orders on our website our packers are printing labels in seconds and despatching goods in double quick time. We wish we had made this jump sooner. The repetitive tasks of shipstation are gone. This has been one of our best e-commerce moves and we wholeheartedly recommend.

Shiptheory have thought about all the little details too, it’s such a clever system, it’s like it has read my mind! The support team are amazing! I’m not a technical person at all but Hannah has totally sorted me out and helped me taking me through the system set up step by step, it has been incredibly easy to set up with her help. Thank you Hannah!! The team are on hand via phone and email and respond so quickly with questions and have been checking in regularly with me to ask if there is anything they can help with.
