The best thing is the support as this is vital when you have an issue and need it sorting ASAP. It was very easy to connect Shiptheory to our stock control system to retrieve orders and and pass those to our couriers using shipping rules that were also very easy to set up. The team at Shiptheory have been very friendly, helpful and attentive.

Aug 19,2021We were kind of forced into using Shiptheory recently as a result of changing to a different order management software which required it, but Shiptheory have been extremely helpful throughout (by far the easiest and most accommodating part of this changeover!). We previously had every order going to Royal Mail Click & Drop - where we then had to fill in customs information for each one going abroad, - lots of time spent on the courier's website making sure all information was correct - Now with Shiptheory we are able to just print labels and the rest is done for us. It is very much based on you being able to set up 'shipping rules' (e.g. Orders going to Europe that weight more than 1kg will always go using Overnight Delivery in PackagingX) - if you do not have or are not able to set up these kinds of rules then it will not be as seamless as it could be, but it doesn't make it impossible to use. We are not currently using shipping rules, because we are not able to say what kind of packaging we will use for every order - Once we have them set up I can see it saving a huge amount of time and stress. I was being assisted by Rita and she was very quick to answer any questions and try to solve any issues we had, as well as calling occasionally to see how how our setup was going. Having a point of contact like this who is genuinely trying to help makes using a new system much much easier than some other companies where you receive anonymous support tickets which aren't followed up on and have no one to call. Overall would recommend if you are sending out a lot of packages and the admin is taking up a lot of time.
