What used to take most of the day now takes a couple of hours. The support team have an incredibly positive and helpful attitude and are always quick to respond to questions. Josh has been super helpful, with Luke and Ethan taking over when necessary without missing a step. Most of the setup and support also took place while we were on the free plan! Outstanding service and a fantastic product. We couldn’t be happier!

Special thanks to Ethan, who has been very patient and helpful on this upgrade. A great benefit of working with Shiptheory is you can get through on the phone easily and speak to a technical person who can help you then and there. It's really important.

Although there were some teething problems with the setup - the shiptheory team especially Josh was extremely helpful. Any queries that I had were answered straight away and whenever I needed help with anything the support was phenomenal. Josh was polite and helpful, he also went above and beyond whenever there was a problem.

Jun 28,2022First off, its a great product - does what it says it does with minimal fuss and incredibly easy to link my 5 websites and 2 carriers - so much that we started testing within an hour of signing up to the free trial! But what has set them apart and provides the 5 stars is their customer service - helpful, patient, insightful and very capable of steering the user in a way that makes those less technical capable (myself) still feel good about themselves! At the end of the trial have already saved several days of work using our old methods and there is still so much more we can do to automate further! My only regret is that I didnt try this months ago!

Josh is always on hand to help and sort things out and I've never been left to refer to a manual as with some other services. I can't rate them high enough
