We had been struggling with our integration and they've both shown an outstanding level or support and care for our business. They always ensured our concerns were heard and worked hard to find solutions to any issues we had. Can't recommend them enough, someone give them a Christmas bonus!

Oct 13,2022Ship Theory Is A Powerful And Versatile Shipping Solution That Allows You To Ship Via Multiple Carriers. It has flexible rules and will be able to do most of the things you will require it too. It's ability to automatically create customs documents is a great time saver. Their support is good and they are fast to respond to any problems. They will often respond by return to any problems you raise.

Dec 22,2022Really happy with the experience we have received from ShipTheory, Josh has been extremely helpful getting us setup, we had to wait a bit for DHL to issue the API details we required, but once that was sorted we were setup within minutes. We have been that happy with the trial we took out an annual subscription today which saved us a few ££.
