Jul 19,2020Placed an order for next day delivery and got charged for this service. Complained they had not been delivered next day and was told the order needed to be done before 4:00 and this is apparently shown, well it's like having to read the small print it's that hidden away and besides the count down told me I was within the time lines. Still not had a refund for this. Total profiteering issue with these people. I'll never use them again and I suggest you steer clear of this bunch of thieves. Agree it's not a huge amount of money, but it's a matter of principle and it's clear they don't have any!!!!!!

Jul 08,2020The company lied to me about returns, Per their own instructions I made a replacement order but the shipping was not been refunded to me as they promised. I contacted support and they used a loophole to avoid refunding me. I have not ordered from Shore.co.uk since and I won't again!

Jul 03,2020Don’t place an order based on website pricing... they’ll call you and tell you it’s more and shipping price is wrong. Product Code: TORQLONG86PCSN With this item in your cart… Delivery would be £19.99. For UK delivery on or before Saturday 04th July, order in the next 3 hours 34 minutes LIES... call to say it’s £50 delivery when website still says you can get delivery. Point out discrepancy... don’t care. EDIT: you can see from the answer the continued double speak (ed note. they’ve now amended their comments so not so clear). They told me they could deliver on Saturday just wanted to charge me an extra £30 despite their website saying £19.99. The website also says no COVID issues. The website says Monday is £9.99. Dishonest company all around. The email chain I have shows it. FURTHER EDIT: Jordan, you’ve now doubled down on your dishonesty and attempt to deflect from the reality. I’m not based in the US. I am here right now. I replied to your colleague within 10 minutes at 6 AM you’ve had no problem communicating with me. Did or did your colleague not say you could deliver on Saturday? Does your website not say £19.99 if you order today and delivery before Saturday 4th as shown. Does your website say no COVID issues. Copy from initial communication post order, have voice mail too... The cost of Saturday delivery is £50, therefore I would need to take an additional £30. You seem to ignore my 5* ratings, which isn’t that surprising as you ignored your own terms and conditions. I use Trust Pilot and hope others look at reviews to make their decisions. My review is 100% fair based on your companies approach to its customer and my order based on your own T&C’s.

Jun 27,2020I received excellent and prompt service. It stated with the website that provided the product detail I required by use of a short but well constructed video. A follow up phone call rounded off the information I needed to make my choice. There was no hard sell, just advice; perfect! The order was actioned speedily and e-mails kept me in the picture as to progress. On receipt of the kayak plus other items, showed that it had been packaged so well that the likelihood of damage during transit was minimal. I am well satisfied.

Jun 16,2020I spoke to various members of the team whilst working out which kayak I wanted to buy, without exception they were all polite, friendly and very knowledgeable, my kayak arrived on time, very well packaged and delivered by a very helpful delivery driver. Thoroughly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

May 18,2020Finally found the some Reef Ginger Flip flops in my size, not unusual size I'm a 5 but get 6 in flip flops. I have had this style before as they have arch support, but struggled to find them. Live in them all summer in the house and out side, much better for your feet than flat ones, our feet have a shape for a reason! Shore had them..Woohoo... Good price acceptable colour (Navy) and delivery arrived within the time frame they predicted, tho I did check with them on day 5, would you believe they turned up an hour later. So within the 5 days and under the current CV19 situation I just wanted to check. They also responded to my email with minutes to tell me I should get them and true to their word result!. Happy.
