May 01,2020Shore were very helpful when my purchase took a while to arrive because of delays at the Post Office due to current circumstances. It did eventually turn up and very happy with my flip flops! The delay was clearly not their fault and particularly given everything going on not a problem - their service was excellent

May 01,2020Having visited Shore for the first time while on holiday in the area in October, my husband really wanted a wet-suit from shore, as the advice given by a member of the team was excellent. Alas, the size in the style he wanted in a hurry this month was out of stock. However, determined to support the store in some small way this time, we purchased a pair of C-Skins round toe, wetsuit slippers. Although we had to wait a while for them to arrive, due to the current demand on the Royal Mail at this time of the C-19 pandemic and not the fault of Shore, the slippers are just the job - right size and comfortable. Thank you. Good things are worth waiting for ;-)

Apr 28,2020Had a great experience with the guys at Shore. Chris Rouse gave some superb advice over the phone in relation to zipless wetsuits and ease of entry. Suit received next day and easily donned despite a host of rugby injury shoulder surgery. If I can get into one of these anyone can! Suit purchased was a Hyperfreak Comp zipless 3/2 XL by O’Neill. I’d also like to mention that Chris couldn’t have been more helpful and was more than happy to take time on the phone to advise and help. Well Done Shore :-)

Apr 17,2020First time Ive used Shore - really happy with the service and products. Ive struggled to get hold of Oxbow products in the UK for a while now and they have a good range of t-shirts etc. One day delivery did exactly as promised - arrived the next day! Many thanks!!

Feb 02,2020Extremely bad service and awful painful ordering process. Order arrived very late, communication poor and customer service (Jordan) has the cheek to tell me on the phone that he was disappointed that I had complained. Not sure what has changed as always used this company but won’t be spending another penny here again and will warn all my friends too.

Feb 02,2020Absolutely appalling customer service and a returns policy that stinks! Do not buy from these people. If you return an item for a bigger size you have to purchase the replacement before they refund the first item. Then they don’t refund the item. Luckily MasterCard have offered to get a full refund.

Dec 31,2019I have ordered and paid £90 for a snowboards wheels bag 9 days ago. I needed it today as I do other board sports. My snowboard trip thankfully is in Jan so it is not complete disaster and I will spend my money elsewhere. The Shore just send me an email telling me that the snowboard bag I want us out of stock?!?! 9 days after my order!!! I must stress I had once before such an experience and the company in question sent me as apology a gift of sunglasses, neck warmer and stickers but to be fair to them they found that someone took the item I ordered 2 days after I ordered not 9! I’m still not sure how long it will take to get my money back as they haven’t mentioned it. Poor service! AVOID! Anna
