Dec 04,2020I ordered my new winter wetsuit from Shore with an expected 3-5 days for delivery, it turned up in 2. I got a shipping notification a matter of hours after I ordered it. I can't say I could be any more stoked with the service. I expected a standard service, I got a great one. Will 100% shop again online when not able to reach Wooly.

Nov 09,2020Excellent service from Shore. We wanted to buy two kayaks for a remote part of the Scottish highlands. We were struggling to find stock over covid lockdown but were able to contact the store and confirm availability. The service in the store was great and Chris was very knowledgeable about differing styles and pros and cons of accessories etc. He listened to what we needed and responded with good advice. He managed to answer questions which were more expert level from my husband but also listen and answered my more naïve questions. We knew transport would be an issue and he worked well with us to resolve the challenges given we needed them at a remote place at a specific time. His communication was excellent. The kayaks arrived well wrapped in perfect condition having been through at least a couple of different subcontractors for transport. We had a great week kayaking around remote scottish islands and to remote bays. We were followed by a seal for a about half a mile who stayed within about 20 meters. The kayak was also good enough to tow back a dingy which had got cut off by the tide. Highly recommended

Sep 23,2020I had all but given up on buying a summer wetsuit this year but then came across this Company. With the Covid restrictions on trying things on it is difficult to know what size to order. I knew it would either be Medium Tall or Large. Emailed customer services and got a swift reply from Chris, who suggested ordering both, and returning the one that was not suitable. Suits were delivered by courier next day, and courier advised of time and delivery options if not convenient. Tried both, settled for the large, returned MT by Royal Mail. Shore confirmed suit had been received and refunded the cost next day. Superb customer service throughout and got a wetsuit that I know fits well. Highly recommend Shore who have been exemplary throughout.

Aug 06,2020Perfect service I’ve had a couple of items from shore large (kayak )and small items excellent prices and delivered next day also customer service is very good as I had a couple of problems with my kayak no fault of shore but problems got sorted quick And communication with sales staff (Chris) emails and phone calls very friendly and helpful. On my experience I would highly recommend them.

Aug 05,2020Completely misleading returns policy, did not make it clear it’s not free returns. My parcel also arrived and the contents was in such a state, everything was screed up and bags celotaped back together. Emailed customer service and the reply so was rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. I will never use SHORE again, they’re a disgrace. ** I cannot believe shore have tried to blame DPD for the state of the inside packing with their reply! Do they think they opened It, tried stuff on, resealed it then delivered it to me?! ** they will literally blame either the customer or another company rather than accept they have done anything wrong!

This was my first experience with Shore and the whole experience was excellent. Charlie was superb and really helpful, a credit to you. The website was great, as were the video reviews. We love the kayaks, have used them many times already and would really recommend them. Shipping to the Isle of Wight was a breeze and all of our order was delivered really fast and undamaged. Jan 11,2021Great customer service. I ordered some wetsuit boots and found out they were too small, on arrival. I contacted Shore's customer service team to arrange an exchange and found them to be extremely helpful and friendly. I have not yet completed the exchange process, so can't give a final review, but my experience with the company so far has been very positive. The only reason for not giving five stars, is that I have not yet completed the exchange process. Would recommend.
