Apr 13,2021I ordered some wetsuit gloves for my daughter, due to an error on my part I didn't think they would arrive on time for her planned activity. I contacted customer service and they went above and beyond to ensure my delivery arrived on time. Definitely recommend Shore and would certainly buy from them again.

Mar 19,2021Highly recommend shore.co.uk Bought my first kayak from them at the beginning of March 2021. Subsequently my brother had a shot and ordered his one. Further to that my Dad had a shot and loved every minute so we ordered another one for him. The customer service has been brilliant and all 3 kayaks were delivered within the time frames specified. I will be recommending to all of my friends and will definitely order from them again in future. Cheers team Shore 👍

Ross is extremely knowledgable & provided brilliant impartial advice on products & also general SUP Surfing. Chris was also extremely helpful & his communication & customer service were excellent. Highly recommended.

Mar 04,2021Customer service appalling, dealt with "Martin" in regards to pricing a vehicle delivery for my partner and never bothered or just too lazy to get back to me. Went elsewhere costing Shore cars the sale of a car. Obviously didnt want my business.

Mar 04,2021Dealt with guys a few times at Shore, especially Chris. Ordered some winter boots for surfing, but found a leak in one. Acknowledged because of lockdown i was out of the 30 day returns.. they took the boots back and sent out new replacements before recieving the old ones back as i was in need of them for a weekend away surfing... great service. Great to deal with, friendly and very helpful.. will be using again. Cheers Guys.

Mar 04,2021The customer service is very good and they are very responsive to help. The only complaint I have is my board was slightly damaged in transit, I was offered a 10% refund as the structure of the board shouldnt be affected or the option to send the board back, however, I also asked for the delivery charge to be refunded as well as a 10% refund as I felt it was a little unfair that I paid £19.99 for delivery and it was damaged in transit. I was told that they could not refund delivery charge.

Feb 17,2021Ordered from Shore after having major problems trying to order from Quiksilver. Shore have a smooth uncomplicated service I received my order with correct paperwork 3days later and everything was as I ordered. Will definitely use them again . Quiksilver has just lost a customer....

I ordered a surfboard from Shore for a surf trip - to cut a long story short the courier service royally messed up the delivery - and they (Shore) went the extra mile to ensure the board was received. They really cared about the custom, were helpful with advice and couldn’t do enough to sort things out. Would use again in the future without hesitation!

Feb 16,2021Bought some wetsuit boots which had some faulty stitching making them uncomfortable. Phoned the shop at 3.00 and Chris had a replacement pair sent out, which I received by 11.00 the next morning, fantastic service definitely would recommend 🤙

A Christmas present ordered from Australia that required an exchange. after accidentally sending the return to the shop address and not the returns warehouse, Chris tracked it down and resolved the exchange. Sadly out of stock of the original gift, but a suitable exchange was found. Such a pleasure to deal with such professionalism. Thank you will definitely shop with you guys again!

Chris dealt with the order, subsequent phone calls and notice of delivery. He kept in touch throughout covid and brexit delays. Courteous, pleasant and thoroughly good in every way. Thank you.
