My experience with Shore was absolutely perfect. Very quick response to all my emails and super helpful. I ordered a surfboard and within an hour got an information that my order was packed and shipped. The board arrived on the next day - professionally packed and ready to surf. Couldn't recommend it more - both, the service and the product are fully 10 out of 10. Thank you again!!

Ordered a wetsuit for next day delivery. Shopping process was smooth, the item was delivered to my safe place, and secured very conscientiously. I got in touch with Shore to report a potential flaw in the suit, and they got back to me same day to reassure me it's a drainage hole, but they also offered a refund or exchange if I wasn't happy. My friends, upon investigation it's definitely a drainage hole. I felt a bit silly, but was also really happy at being offered the refund or exchange. Thanks, Shore, for a great experience all round. I'll be keeping the wetsuit, though!
I was looking to purchase a new kayak with some other items and the team did me a deal which was better than on their website. The paddle I ordered was damaged but after sending a photo it was quickly replaced and included a pack of scupper plugs for the inconvenience. The delivery company DPD were shocking but no fault of Shore. Would recommend them to anyone needing equipment, thanks Chris Rouse!
Out by a penny so you lose a £40 sale Not great business sense shown here. It’s free delivery over £40 so my order came to £40 exactly. At checkout I’m asked for a delivery charge. So I ring the help desk and request foc delivery to be told no can do. I work in retail and it’s a tough world we are living in at the moment, but I guess Shore mustn’t be struggling. That’s fine, I’ll shop elsewhere.
Fantastic service. Quick delivery of shoes. They were too big and had to return for a smaller size. All done within a week with no fuss. I wish all firms were as polite and efficient. Customer service team very quick to respond via email. Would highly recommend.
Ordered a few bits for my sons birthday same day it was shipped really quick delivery and so happy with my Purchases all came perfect in the boxes which doesn’t seem to happy much anymore with shops. Highly recommend this shop. Thank you.
I am so relieved that I bought my Wavesport Gemini Scooter kayak from Shore. It needed a repair during the warranty period and Chris was amazing at getting this all organised for me. The communication was excellent throughout (via email) and I now have my kayak back all repaired ready for new adventures. The original purchase and delivery was great too - I had excellent advice on the phone and am really glad I upgraded to fibreglass paddles. The kayak is so much fun on the sea and on rivers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Shore and will definitely use them again for future purchases.
I placed an order for my sister from overseas a few weeks ago and I was thrilled with the service. Chris was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Seems Shore always have an answer to suggest they offer great service. I paid for guaranteed next day delivery and it never came. Look forward to Shore refuting this. Avoid!! And Shore make excuses again! You`re never wrong are you Shore! It does not mention 4pm cut offs, I`ve sent you the screenshot.
First time I've used Shore and more than happy with the quality, fit and delivery of my order. A couple of t shirts for the kids and a hoody for myself, all quicksilver branded, excellent quality as you'd expect of the brand and delivery in two days. Can't fault them👍
Been buying apparel from Shore online for years. First order was through Amazon and only realised they were UK based on delivery, since then I’ve gone direct for anything I need that they sell. Most recent purchase included an item from a brand which was new to me and was unfortunately faulty (couldn’t tell if it was a design or manufacturing flaw). Within a week of raising this with Shore I already have a replacement. There was no hassle, no argument, no list of questions or dragging of feet…getting it sorted just seemed to happen without even needing to think. A major plus point in all this is that returns are done by Royal Mail, so you have the choice to drop off at a post office or sorting office or have it collected for a nominal fee, don’t need to worry about printing labels or any of that. Replacement arrived by DPD, can’t remember which courier the initial delivery was, but there have never been any budget couriers involved. In every retail business mistakes happen, issues arise, reasons to complain are inevitable, there’s no escaping that…it’s how Shore dealt with it which means they are now top of my list anytime I’m shopping for clothes!

Absolutely brilliant service, very rare these days imo. Excellent pricing and delivery, and they even exchanged my 2 of my t shirts and had it back to me in just a few days. Highly recommended!!
We bought 2 kayaks from Shore for a good price. Phoned with a query before purchasing and got some good advice. Delivered on time and when expected. There was a small issue with minor damage in transit but this was dealt with quickly by Chris at Shore. Really good service and highly recommended.
Great Company. I ordered a Patagonia jumper (which was about £20 cheaper than anywhere else here!). Arrived quickly and it looks great.
Don't use. I will be making sure my friends and work colleagues do not use this company and I have a lot of work colleagues. I ordered a top which was too big I sent it back with free delivery and asked for a medium which are in stock on the website. They have the refunded me minus the delivery charge as it was an only exchanges are free delivery? Yes I asked for an exchange. Disgrace of a company do not use.

Unlike some, one in particular, competitors, it was a pleasure to be a customer with Shore and from how they dealt with my transaction and the problem, they’ve won a customer.
