Ordered item late Tuesday, paid for next day delivery to the midlands as wanted it for Christmas. It arrived, as expected, by lunchtime Thursday. Hoodie is as described and as picture shown on website. Emailed Chris a couple of times who was very helpful and responded within a couple of hours, so all in all a perfect transaction as I couldn't really ask for much more. I would recommend and will use them again.
Ordered from Shore today. I found the item cheaper on Amazon so contacted Shore as they have a price match guarantee. I was told as I'd already ordered the item they would not refund the difference, as the price may have changed. Their price match guarantee mentions nothing about this. Shore state: We are confident that you not find the same item in the same size cheaper anywhere else online or in store BUT... in the unlikely event that you do, we promise to match that price!!! WELL THEY DON'T! In fact I know it hasn't changed, as with anything on Amazon you can check the price history on camelcamelcamel, same price all day. As a refund for the difference was refused I requested a cancellation, but apparently it had already been dispatched, although I've received no dispatch confirmation email, very convenient. I have ordered from several retailers before and never had a problem with price matching. Customer service from Shore is appalling and I'm afraid, I will be returning the item and won't be ordering from Shore again as they do not stand by their price match guarantee. In relation to the response from Shore: Price match guarantee does Not clearly state that price match is only applicable if done before purchase, otherwise I wouldn't have contacted Shore's customer services. I feel that Shores attitude is, we'll try out best to get your business, but once we have it we don't want to know. The difference was offered in the form of a credit note, but this really wasn't suitable, and was the only option given. I asked whether I could cancel the item, but it had already been dispatched. Therefore, I asked whether I could return the item. I was just informed I could return it, but no offer for free return postage was given. Might I add, What amazes me is that Shore are selling the very same item I purchased for £2 cheaper on Amazon than on their own website. It really does not give customers an incentive to buy from Shore directly. I will return the item for free as you have mentioned and buy it £5 cheaper from Amazon.
I bought online which was quick and easy , delivery was very efficient and the after sales that Greg and the team provided was excellent.
Ordered an impact vest from their website, the delivery was quick and i knew the hour that the delivery driver would deliver within - Very useful. When it arrived the next day i believed it to be too tight. Rang them up to discuss and went through alternatives. Their advice came across as impartial, which i value. Was offered a no quibble refund upon return. As it turns out, i kept the vest as one of the chaps down at the cable tow recommended a tight fit as it would naturally expand anyway. Would shop there again.
I live in britanny France ,and I ordered a kayak seat which was dispatched very quickly ,I was informed when it would arrive and it did, for sure I will use them again. Merci. Danny
Had communications issues with them but it seems to have been a fault with emails. Helped rectify these issues quite late at night.
As an online buyer from New Zealand I'm used to websites that make things difficult. But this was so user friendly I thought I must be doing something wrong! As soon as I selected the item I wanted a pop up told me what the postage to NZ would be - something I usually don't discover until the last possible stage of ordering - and also said VAT would be deducted. (Not aware of this happening with orders from any other source.) When the order was complete, I got an email to say it had been dispatched almost immediately. I was expecting 2-3 weeks delivery time, as the website advised, but it arrived in only 3 days - a record for a delivery from the UK, in my experience. Most impressed - and the backpack I ordered is great too. Thanks!
Went to the store and had great advice and service from manager Adam. No pressure to buy but lots of time spent with us to decide on the right wetsuit.
Ordered quite a few goods. One pair of wetsuit boots did not fit. Instead of sending them back for an exchange, their website said it would be quicker to make a new order and mark on the return what you have done and they would then refund the new order. Shore claimed they did not receive the boots but they had received everything else I sent back for exchange..... When contacting customer service on several occasions they claimed they hadn't received the boots and no refund was due. Would not buy again from this website.
I wouldn't order from this company on a Friday. I bought a Kayak package on a Friday morning with next working day delivery. Never arrived on Monday and phoned to be told that due to Warehouse damages they hold orders for delivery on Tuesday. Wish someone would have told me on the Friday. Anyway it didn't arrive on Tuesday but eventually did on the Thursday but bits missing. They blame the courier for bad delivery, courier says they never received the goods. Its a shame as they seem really nice and have great product knowledge. In the end I got my kayak with two different coloured lifejackets and sizes that on the packaging aren't suitable for my size.
Many times whilst moving through the site, when I clicked on links to view an item, register an account or to go to the checkout, it took me to the home page instead. I found this very frustrating. Clicking on the links a second time worked in most cases. If I hadn't found an item that I liked, I'd have given up and left the site! I did manage eventuality to place an order.
Such a good and easy to use site, plus loads of the stuff I need.
They don't ship in time. I paid for 2 day delivery and on the 3rd day the stuff is not even in my country. The order confirmation mail mentions a delivery method what isn't even selectable when you order. I sent them a mail about it on the 17th of January and I got back some Christmas message about the opening hours.

It was a SUPER NEGATIVE shopping experience!!! With the numerous positive reviews published in this forum. I decided to give it a try. Never did I expect that, they had provided me a wrong feedback to my purchase. Will always took ages for a reply to my emails after countless attempts. Best, No background check, and simply a simple email to brush me off! I am ultimately disappointed on their services. No more shopping with them!!!
Great site, huge range of products and pricing is probably the best online. Have used them for years, great customer service and delivery is alot faster than expected. Would be better if they stocked a few more brands and they do seem to sell out of some lines very quickly. I'm signed up to their newsletters which always seem to contain an offer.
Excellent service and the delivery time was unbelievable as I live in the Canary Islands, the item arrived within 5 days which for Spain is an absolute miracle. Have used and will continue to use Shore. 5 stars to them.

Jan 20,2017Ordered a billabong bikini. It was too big so I returned it. I received an email stating there was makeup on it so I wouldn't receive a refund. I asked for a photograph. 3 working days later I received a message back. On zooming in to the photo I could just make out a very small smudge which could be make up so fair enough although I do expect retailers to deal with something so minimal. If it was really significant or beyond rectifying I'd hole heartedly take back the item. But this seriously was not even visible unless hunted for and scanned really close up. I replied saying fine please return item and confirm that they would do so. I was informed I could get it cleaned and they would then refund but at this stage I was fed up, couldn't understand why they couldn't just do that themselves so I asked to send it back. I didn't ever receive communication, as requested, confirming this would be done. I've now got the bikini back and I'm even more appalled at how almost invisible the mark is - so much so when I rubbed with my finger it disappeared. I holiday a lot and I buy a lot of summer/beach wear etc. Never again shall I use shore.co.uk Shortsighted and convoluted company!
