Sep 22,2023Purchased a Kayak from Shore, the delivery was super quick. Had a small issue with it, let the guys know and they gave me several options to rectify it. In my opinion a business is judged in the way they deal with issue's that arise being big or small. These guys get a 10/10 for the way they helped me out. Would Highly recommend them (i already have told several people to hit them up) to anyone. Keep up the good work.

Sep 20,2023Needed a new board in a hurry for a trip to the Maldives. The guys sorted it all out double quick and made sure I had my stuff in time to fly, excellent customer service all round. The board was a Scrambled Egg and I was delighted with it, catches everything!

Sep 11,2023I bought a hat on line but had to return it because it did not suit me. When the refund came it was minus postage. I have had to pay for the hat to be delivered and returned. I am now nearly £11 out of pocket for nothing. Make sure when you order you have made the correct decision to buy. I will not buy from Shore ever again. Beware.

Sep 05,2023Purchased a pair of shoes. Fast shipping as you pay for that. The shoes although my size were actually smaller due to the padded insole. If you were to throw the insole away then they were a tight size 10 but the insole is part of the shoe. Shore should state this because i then had to pay over £5 to send them back, so the best part of £11 total to try a pair of shoes on. I give two stars for fast customer services and refund.

Aug 31,2023First off being from the north of Ireland delivery can be a complete pain in the butt usually taking weeks and costing a fortune. However my experience with Shore was the complete opposite, it was delivered within 2 days! Unfortunately to my own error I ordered the wrong size and had to return them. The money was back in my account the NEXT DAY! Hands down a top tier company to deal with and I will most definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you

Aug 26,2023Quick delivery, great price on tootega pulse 85 hydrolite, got it straight on the water, a doddle to transport at an incredible 14 kg and handles well in coastal waters. Wife very happy, lucky me!

Aug 22,2023Customer service was absolutely top notch! I purchased a Tootega kayak that had a manufacturing fault. Chris Rouse took my initial call and then handled everything brilliantly, sending out packaging, arranging collection for return to Tootega and also managed everything with Tootega keeping me proactively and regularly updated. Will definitely be purchasing my next boat through Shore, not often these days you get this level of customer service :)

Aug 19,2023I have ordered several times from Shore and have paid for quicker delivery and taken the free delivery option. All goods have been perfect, I have never had to return goods and website ordering is easy especially when filtering brands and sizes. Highly recommend and I’ve just put in another order now as the range of brands suits my style.

Aug 18,2023I ordered 2 Kayaks and some other bits from Shore. I checked everything on the site which had loads of useful info and videos which was important as these are our first. I also called for some advice and spoke to Chris, who was extremely helpful, friendly and took the time to explain everything. I put the order in and delivery was super quick. the whole experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend using Shore, online or by phone.

Aug 09,2023I have been dealing with Shore for a few months now and I am so impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and helpful service especially Chris. They advised me on every aspects in a very patient manner so that I selected a customised package to meet my needs. They never tried to up sell infact they gave me free items when I placed my order. I can say without doubt you won’t find a more reliable honest store to buy your stuff from. I ordered from Scotland by passing several outlets as Shore are definitely the best. My kayak and all the items arrived perfectly packaged and very fast delivery and all the items were top notch quality. I was a pest of a customer with several emails a week asking yet more advice yet each one was answered promptly and with detailed options advice. Honestly this level of customer service is so very rare today.

Aug 03,2023In April 2023, I placed an order for an O'Neill wetsuit and made a full payment. Unfortunately, it's now August, and I haven't received the wetsuit yet. Despite multiple attempts to reach out through email and Facebook, I haven't received any response. I feel completely ignored and abandoned by the company. It's incredibly frustrating, and it almost feels like theft since I paid for a product that hasn't been delivered. I strongly advise others to avoid this seller if they want their purchased items to actually arrive.

Jul 05,2023I ordered a £170 jacket. Courier left it without a signature in a garden and it has gone missing/stolen. (I did not say they can leave it). It has now gone missing/stolen and Shore said they would open a case with the courier. Seven weeks later - no update or refund and now shore are ignoring my emails. Be careful if ordering online as I am now minus £170 and shore don’t want to resolve. Now I have to open a case with Amex. Terrible service I do not recommend this retailer. Edit: 6 weeks after writing this review Shore have responded with a load of lies! The parcel was thrown over the rear gate. I did not say Shore or the courier could leave it in a safe place. I do not have a conservatory and the pictures taken show it in the back garden. The item was delivered and that has never been disputed. It has been stolen from where it was thrown into the garden. I never said it could be left there. Appreciate the courier has caused the issue but Shore have repeated promised to look into this. Left it weeks without responding and have no interest in helping a customer now they have my £170 and I have no product.

Jul 05,2023Ordered two wetsuits for different sizing for my teenage son-the one that fit him had a hole in the leg so followed company return instructions by emailing details to requested email address (error@). No reply, chased again on email two weeks later, still no reply. Called the store and spoke to Chris. He advised I send email to him which i did and two weeks later (now 1 month from original email date) I still have no response and no returns label. All I want is a refund on the one that didn't fit and a replacement on the one that did fit but is faulty.....come one guys...not cool :(

Jul 04,2023Ordered 3 pairs of board shorts, good quality, correct size but a weird cut. Now I have to pay for returns. Don’t advertise “free delivery” only to then charge for returns, the website does not make this clear! The refund was efficiently and quickly processed.

Jun 24,2023found a stain on a pair of shorts I bought recently, really liked the shorts so I gave them a light handwash, stain remained so I reported this to shore, they said because I had washed them there was noyhing they could do. I believe if there was a fault with goods they could have sorted it out if they could have been bothered!
