Jun 10,2023Excellent service from Simpson & Partners, would definitely recommend them. I ordered the 7Kw Plus charger, it was sent and all arrived fine. I called them twice and spoke to a gentlemen regarding the type of charger and a question relating to surge protection. He was very friendly and went through everything I asked. Having a person at the other end of the phone if needed, is a big plus, because sometimes you just need a simple question answering. Saves hours scrolling through websites, that don't often have the answer to the question you require. 10/10

May 18,2023Very high quality product, tidy and impressive packaging, prompt delivery. For domestic installations, Simpson and Partners charging stations are surprisingly good value for money, comparable to Zappi but in my opinion are more robust. They have all of the features I need as an installer to insure compliance, and to tick all of the boxes for my customer, and my customer is absolutely delighted. My only negative is that you have to pay extra for the hook and load balancing options. Load balancing in particular is automatically assumed and included in most competitor brands.

The unit is small and aesthetically pleasing and very high quality, and can be fully customised to your property aesthetics which for me is very important. The app is slick and easy to use, and makes home charging a pleasant experience. Their support team and after sales team are also very helpful which again is an important aspect post installation. The unit was purchased from Simpson & Partners and installed by one of their listed approved installers local to me without fuss. Thank you DRC Electrical Services and Simpson & Partners!

May 03,2023I've gone for the Home 7kw tethered unit with the hook but I had a few questions prior to purchase. The support team were very friendly and responsive. I decided to collect my charger from their office as I live quite close by and was treated to an unexpected factory tour when I arrived. So I got to see first hand the quality at every stage of the process and the attention to detail which Simpson take in their products. My electrician found the installation process very straightforward. The app was easy to setup and everything has continued to be flawless since then. Personally I think the Simpson charger is the most attractive looking available on the market right now. I wanted a charger which matched the aesthetic of my house rather than something more futuristic or plastic looking. I think Simpson have done a great job, not only with the wide range of colour combinations you can choose from, which is great, but also their material choices. The aluminium case and accoya top give a really high quality finish. I'm really happy with the outcome. Overall I've had a great experience dealing with Simpson, the charger looks great and has worked perfectly so far. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone else.

As I was local, they were happy for me to drive to the factory and get it swapped over there and then, allowing me to fit the charger on the date planned. Happy customer. Apr 18,2023I have had my EV charger operating since early December 2022. Having researched the EV charger market, I chose a Simpson & Partners unit based primarily on the aesthetic appeal and great communications on their website. I have not been disappointed, the company and their product is outstanding. The unit was installed by our usual electrician, no need for a "specialist" installer. He said he has installed several EV chargers and that the S&P one compared very favourably with all others he has experience of. The charger is compact in size compared to many and has what appears to be very robust construction. The app is very simple to understand and use. I have had a number of queries and user issues (my own incompetence); their support service has been quite exceptional. On one occasion, Oliver from S&P made himself available to talk through an issue at a time to suit me so that I could leave work and be stood in front of the unit as he guided me through my query. He even offered to do this out of office hours if necessary. I am happy to fully recommend this excellent company.

Apr 18,2023I have only just recently installed their EV charger. It works fine so far. Their app is easy to setup and use. The design is very elegant. The untethered version is a very compact design. Better design than the Andersen EV charger. I have already had EV chargers from zappi and easee, so I know what is a bad design, how difficult it is to connect apps, etc. So I do appreciate the effort that has gone into this EV charger
