The product itself you can see the quality that has been put into it and the customer service has been great from ordering to installation always someone ready to pick up the phone unlike other manufacturers. This is my preferred charger for future installations, very happy.

Having researched (a lot) the various chargers available in the market I settled on the Simpson & Partners 7 Plus because it gave a beautiful choice of finish and colours plus was solar compatible so great for the future. Our local EV installer said it was the nicest they have fitted (we went for Kemble green and walnut lid) and will be using as an example for their own site. I went for tethered so just waiting for the matching hook and it will be perfect. In terms of use, spot on, plug in, set schedule and has worked every time so far. The team are also really responsive which is a big thing for me - no point in a great charger if customer service isn’t there.
