Jan 23,2024I haven't used the EV charger yet as I'm waiting for it to be installed. However, I can say the service from Simpson & Partners was excellent. The charger looks top quality. The literature with it is easy to understand and to the point. I asked them for a list of approved installers in my area and got a reply just 30 minutes later. I know this company come highly recommended in the motoring magazines and I can see why. In a word.....Brilliant.

Jan 06,2024Right from the start it was an easy purchase. Did some research and I contacted the team via email for the product I was interested in. They gave me good advice and was very informative. I made the choice of unit and then placed the order online very easy to do. Unit was posted out and fast delivery, within 2 days. Great company and liked the choice of product variation. Like the company ethos. If the after care is as good as the sales team then they're onto a winner. Will consider another unit when my partner goes electric. Looks nice on the house better than other products out there which are dull land bland. This compliments the house. I am pleased that this company product works with solar too which is ultimately why I purchased and looked at the Simpson and Partners charger. Very pleased. Keep up the good work. As way of an update the only issue I've found in all this time is with the app. The solar capability doesn't always work or charge the car and seems to get disrupted /interrupted by the settings they're not as clear as before the most recent update.

Jan 03,2024Love the look of the unit and it was simple to install. I spoke to S&P both prior to purchase and during fitting and they were very helpful. It is so refreshing to be able to pick up the phone and speak directly to a knowledgeable team. The energy monitor is a great feature.

Dec 03,2023“I was recommended this charger over a Tesla charger. For a little background I bought a Tesla Mdel y in feb of 2023, moved house and left the charger at the previous house. I looked at the options again and was told Tesla did not meet the new electrical requirements and that a Simpson was my best bet. It looks good, cable is smaller and feels a bit flimsy compared to Tesla. No big deal, but so far there appears to be no way it will reliably charge once on a schedule, absolute utter frustration There is no reason why it should not be seamless and so difficult.” - now fixed, a simple firmware update has fixed the charger. Now working as it should. Credit to Simpson for being able to find the issue, act on it and keep me informed of what caused the issue and how they are going to fix it.

Nov 25,2023Very impressive customer service, such a pleasure to have the phone answered promptly by somebody who can anctually help. It’s a nice looking charger, beautifully packaged. Lovely to buy in England. Quite pricey but worth the premium. Only thing is these requests to review always arrive so early - I haven’t actually used it yet. My electrician assures me it’s all working. Not tried their app yet.
