I received my brand new EV last month and have been waiting for my charger for weeks, I have been having to charge at public charge stations wasting a lot of time and money!!! My installer keeps telling me that the order is delayed and they’re telling him they don’t know for how long!!! This is unacceptable! I tried calling their office and after many attempts finally got to someone called Macey(?) who didn’t seem to have a clue what day of the week it was and just fobbed me off to their website!

May 23,2024Took 2 weeks to receive my order. There was no communication on any dekays until I contacted S&P to ask where my order was after waiting for 2 weeks. They advised there was a delay in manufacturing, which is fine but commuate that to your customers. After my inquest into my order it was delivered the next day, which is the reason ive upped my rating to 3 stars.
