Jan 28,2024I am very happy that I found Skindoc. The online service has made it much more convenient for me to treat my acne without having to take time away from work or travel to appointments. The Skindoc team have consistently been quick and helpful in their responses to any queries I have had throughout the process of taking isotretinoin. In particular, Dr Sreedhar Krishna has made this experience much easier as he answered any questions I had in detail, he was very quick to arrange prescriptions and has been reassuring and supportive all along the way. He seems to genuinely care about helping his patients to overcome their skin problems and this significantly helped to push through the earlier stages of treatment when my skin was especially ridden with acne and the side effects were more pronounced (e.g. acne flaring, muscle/joint aches, dry eyes, skin and lips, etc.). In terms of my treatment plan, I started with 20mg of isotretinoin a day for one month and then progressed to 40mg daily for 5 months. I am now increasing my dosage to 60mg daily for my last two months of treatment. I stopped breaking out around 4.5 months into my treatment. In the event that my skin were to flare up again, I would definitely return to Skindoc for further treatment as I am impressed with the results and the service I have received. I highly recommend this company.

Jan 19,2024I’ve been on accutane for 9 months now and I’ve got one more month left. I definitely didn’t expect to be on accutane for 10 months but I honestly wouldn’t have it any other way. Skindoc has transformed my quality of life, I no longer look in the mirror and hate my skin. As the treatment was longer than expected, subsequently I ended up paying more, so it can get pricey. However, money is no object when it comes to your health and how you feel about yourself. I had Sree, who was always so friendly and honest about what to expect from the treatment. He was also helpful in contacting my gp to get my blood work done for free (despite it being a service they offer). Having such a positive experience and knowing that I would have never gotten this treatment on the nhs means I’d definitely consider future treatment with skindoc (fingers crossed I don’t have to!).

Jan 16,2024Skindoc has been amazing in helping me clear my acne. As a student, I didn’t have the time to go to in person doctors appointments and so the online consultation service was perfect for me. My consultant was extremely good at listening to my concerns and providing exactly the right advice that has helped my skin be completely clear. I really recommend Skindoc for anybody struggling with their skin, as I had for many many years, especially those wanting to take the accutane route like myself, as it is very efficient and safe. Fingers crossed my skin stays clear but if I have any problems in the future, I will definitely use Skindoc again!

Jan 10,2024Amazing service. I was with Dr Sree and he is very knowledgeable and helpful, a doctor that actually listens! Found it really easy to book in each month. Don't need to travel anywhere for a 10 minute appointment which is a huge bonus and makes the whole experience a lot less time consuming. The team are always quick to answer and help through out. 5 star experience. Would highly recommend.

Jan 03,2024I came across skindoc during a difficult period of low mood and anxiety. I was desperate to talk to someone about my skin concerns but my timing wasn’t great (it was the new year weekend!). From my first contact with the fantastic admin team I was treated with care, compassion and total kindness. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much Penny and Natasha. I didn’t expect to be able to speak to a dermatologist at 9.30 on New Year’s Eve, but just 24 hours after my first contact, my husband and I were able to have a video consultation with Dr Sree. He was quite possibly one of the most personable, approachable, knowledgeable and compassionate clinicians it’s ever been my pleasure to speak to. We cannot praise him highly enough. We feel so lucky to have found skindoc. If you are in any doubt at all, please don’t hesitate to contact them. They really are wonderful, they genuinely care and want to help. An incredible service. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Admin staff are very efficient and respond to all queries promptly. Overall, I’m very pleased with the care received and would highly recommend Skindoc to those considering to use this service.

They offer a safe, friendly, patient-centered and efficient dermatology service - I was very apprehensive to seek prescription medication for acne, however I can't overstate the excellent level of care provided over the last 6 months. The process has been seamless and Isotretinoin has transformed my skin. Their pricing is transparent (allowing me to access private treatment whilst on a long NHS waiting list) and the admin team have been incredibly responsive and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and use the service again should the need arise - thank you!

Dec 26,2023Expert opinion - amazing service I am a returning patient, and this time used the photo upload service, for specific advice on a certain skin issue. Despite being xmas holidays, the turnaround was fast and I received my clinic letter on xmas day (by the wonderful Dr Shree). I value his expert opinion and in-depth advice. I completely trust skindoc for providing experienced consultant dermatological input, with direct access to patients and no need to wait referral from GP (this causes unreasonable and undesirable delays, as the system is understaffed and cannot function as it ought to be). Overall, big thank you and will surely be back again, as needed.

Dec 20,2023Desperately searching for help we found Skindoc. Our daughter has had some mild acne for around 12 months. Things suddenly worsened in August/September this year. She has had antibiotics and multiple creams from the GP and spent ALOT of money on all the “best” products. The GP agreed to a dermatology referral but the wait lists are nearly 12 months (she couldn’t wait that long). We decided to take the plunge and try Skindoc. We couldn’t be happier with the service we have received so far. We managed to get an online appointment within 1week out of work hours so this suited us. Had the Appointment Thursday night and medication arrived Tuesday! Clinical letters where completed the same night as the appointment so this allowed us to obtain the recommended products to use alongside her treatment. The consultant made us all feel listened too and understood the mental as well as physical impacts acne has had on our daughter. We have a long road ahead but we are confident we have made the right decision to use Skindoc instead of waiting almost a year to get help. Appointments and medications are Pay as you go so no big fees to find which may prevent you starting treatment.

Dr. Sree was a pleasure to work with and the team at skindoc were always so helpful as well. They would accommodate late appointments and quickly respond to emails (sometimes during the night) if I had questions. I was very impressed with the quality of care I received from a completely online dermatologist.

Dec 05,2023I was suffering from suspected perioral dermatitis for a number of weeks, trying everything over the counter to tackle the issue- and nothing was working. My GP had given me a gel to use and it wasn't helping so it was time to seek the advice of the skin professionals. I'd never used an online doctor before but based on the reviews, I thought I would give it a go. I was SO impressed with the service! I uploaded my pics, went to bed, and woke up to my treatment letter. My medication arrived the following day right to the door. I'm 4 days into my treatment and my issue is about 90% resolved! For anyone who's suffering with perioral dermatitis, save yourself the time and the wasted money trying to find over counter creams, gels and other remedies. Highly recommend skindoc!

Dec 01,2023Thank you to Dr Sree and also the admin team at SKINDOC. They made my experience using Roaccutane stress-free and very easy. The flexibility and online access allowed me to have appointments to fit my schedule, which made the process much more manageable for me. I’ve now finished the course and using the cream that’s been recommended. I’m much more confident and my skin looks amazing. I’ll definitely be recommending the company to others.

I had a skin issue and they asked me to take pictures. The next day I got a response from them. They were so helpful and so precise about my skin issue. They were so friendly and very assuring From now on, I’m going to use this service. I definitely recommend to everyone.

The late into the evening booking confirmation with Natasha, sent all the relevant forms through to get a last minute appointment booked for the following day. Dr Stephen Mounsey was so lovely to my daughter, her acne is something that really effects her mental health, but my goodness, he made her feel positive about the future, made her feel less alone & helpless and we left the appointment feeling so optimistic and ready for this next chapter. Clinic letter followed in minutes, so could not be happier. I hope the treatment resolves her skin issues, but if we have anything more we won't hesitate to be back, or to recommend to anyone!
