Sep 30,2023I cannot fault Skindoc, especially Dr Sree. I have struggled with acne for over 10 years, taken multiple medications including 2 rounds of Roaccutane via my GP without success. I decided to go with Skindoc for a 3rd round of Roaccutane and it was worth every penny and more! Dr Sree was great; always friendly during consultations and answered any concerns/queries I had. Skindoc is an incredibly efficient service, they use Phlo Pharmacy with prescriptions usually delivered next day. I would not hesitate to use Skindoc again if needed. Thanks to all for a great experience :)

Sep 24,2023Going on roaccutane was the best decision I could’ve made for my mental health. As someone who had really bad acne, I know how awful and self conscious it can make you feel, but skindoc made my roaccutane journey so easy and surprisingly enjoyable. I can’t recommend this company enough - the admin team are quick with responses, and very helpful. Dr Sree is such a lovely person, and would not only give me advice on my skin, but also as a uni student. He would suggest cheaper options for blood tests and such which I really appreciated as a student. I was on the medication for 8 months, and am now 2 months roaccutane free. My skin has never been better :))

Sep 22,2023I can’t recommend Dr Krishna enough. We went with SkinDoc due to the volume of excellent reviews online and we were not disappointed. After months of our daughter being distressed over her acne she is now completely confident in her results. Caring, informative and professional advice at all times. Speedy service and great communication from the Admin team. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking to bypass the horrendous waiting times on the NHS.

I received everything really quickly, had regular communication with the kind team and they accommodated me going travelling and back to uni. They always answered all my questions and gave me gentle reminders so I didn't forget to order my prescription again.

Choosing to use skindoc has been the best decision as my skin has improved so much and I’ve gained some of my confidence back. Responses are always quick , within a few hours , and everything ran super smoothly and professionally , with everything such as clinical letters ect all uploaded to your skindoc account and medication being sent straight to you ! They’re also super helpful in recommending the most financially suitable options for you which has been a huge help.

Aug 17,2023I've had acne since I was a teenager. It wasn’t severe but always persistent in parts of my face. Those who can relate will know what I mean: as some spots are clearing, more start to appear like clockwork. In my early 20s I tried every cream/antibiotic and was denied accutane on the NHS due to limited capacity and my condition deemed "not that bad". I then turned to a local private hospital and had mixed results. My skin cleared up for a bit, but unfortunately, it didn't last. As I entered my early 30s, still battling acne as a male, I knew I had to do something. The daily uncertainty about my facial appearance was taking a toll on my happiness and mental health. I discovered SkinDoc from the internet and choosing them turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made. The service was impeccable, and the admin team was always responsive to queries and even reminded me of upcoming review appointments. I booked an appointment with Dr Krishna, whom I can't thank enough. He genuinely listened to my concerns and empathised with my daily struggle and was really easy to talk too. Under his guidance, my skin cleared up quickly with Accutane, and I completed the course with fantastic results. Should I face any other skin issues in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to return to SkinDoc. I've already recommended their services to friends and family. To anyone out there battling their skin, I would recommend reaching out to SkinDoc to assess your skin. Their process, from flexible scheduling to having meds delivered to your door, is seamless and efficient.
