Nov 27,2023I called skindoc and spoke to Shane who went above and beyond to listen to my unique query about starting accutane and managed to get me an appointment ASAP. I was seen by Dr. Sree who listened to all of my concerns and answered all my questions. I was started on treatment within just a few days of me first calling and having my appointment so I would thoroughly recommend Skindoc for anyone else.

The consultant, Dr Krishna, was very welcoming and informative. Throughout the process I felt that I could easily access the team at skindoc with any questions. I highly recommend them.

Nov 21,2023I contacted skindoc last week. I did the online/photo consultation. Submitted a couple of photos of my skin issue early morning. By the evening, I'd received a clinical letter and my options with regards to prescription for the proposed treatment. Only a week later, I'm seeing results. I'd put off seeing my GP for a couple of years about this issue, knowing that I'd spend potentially hours on the phone waiting for an appointment, to end up seeing a GP who would inevitably need to refer me to a dermatologist anyway, with a significant wait time. I would 100% recommend skindoc. Yes, it's not cheap, but it's well worth it for the service you receive.

He gave great advice and suggested products to go alongside my treatment that were accessible and affordable. He responded quickly to my many questions and I felt he always had time for my concerns. My treatment worked within 6 months and 6 months later I am still acne free!

I got really quick responses from the admin as well as the doctor even in out of office hours and Dr Sree has been extremely efficient, approachable and friendly considering it was a very complex case. I highly recommend Skindoc and I will no doubt keep using them when I have any skin issue.

Which is exactly what I got, the support I got from everyone within skindoc were incredible, they replied right away, offered forms of help at all times. My doctor was Dr Sree who was good, he was there if I had any questions or concerns, great to talk to and made more confident in taking this medication.

Nov 12,2023Was quite dubious about this service in the beginning but this service is fantastic! It was simple and easy to use, questionnaire was straight forward to answer allowing for a diagnosis. When I completed the questions and sent my case, said I should have a response within 48hrs, I had a clinical letter, treatment plan and prescription within 12hrs! Dr Murphy was great to deal with, informative and very knowledgeable! If you have any hesitations about using skindoc, don’t! Exceptional service for the price, 100% recommend and would happily use again!

Nov 12,2023I've been under the care of Dr Sree since the end of May 2023 due to my problematic acne and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and he has made such a world of difference in tackling that. I'm still under treatment but 98% of the way there. I can't speak more highly of Dr Sree. Before SkinDoc my acne was responding very poorly to just about every topical product available - istretinoin has been the only thing to really treat my acne. Each consultation has been great, each question and concern I've had has been answered fully. Considering other dermatologist price points I don't think you can beat SkinDoc especially considering onlne appointments make it suuuuper accessible. It's also been reassuring that Dr Sree has taken on my concerns with trying to prevent acne from returning once I'm off isotretinoin (opted for 3 more months on treatment) & having multiple blood tests through treatment. Dr Sree is great.

Nov 11,2023I have acne, rosacea and extremely sensitive skin with multiple topical allergies, which means I'm not able to use most standard rosacea medications. I saw a private dermatologist in person in London, who was able to prescribe me a custom compound cream, but since I'm not local and it's a busy practice I struggled to get through to get refills. I found out SkinDoc has access to a compound pharmacy from another one of their patients and the consultation process was quick and easy so I signed up right away! My consult was reviewed by Dr. Sree and I had my prescription for the compound cream ordered in less than 12h. Dr. Sree also took care to review all of my other visible skin concerns and suggested a future plan of action if they don't ease within the next couple of months. I'm delighted and excited to keep working with SkinDoc and Dr. Sree!

Nov 03,2023Would highly recommend skindoc!! The service is incredibly fast. And any email that I’ve sent to the admin team has always been responded to quicker than I ever would expect. I also thought the consultation process was very simple, I was able to do a video consultation with a dermatologist who was very easy to talk to and made sure I understood everything. 5* all around!

They very helpful from the very start and I even had an issue with my blood test which I needed for my medication. Even though this was with an external company skin doc actually did all the contacting and communication for me and sorted the situation. I’ve actually been on the medication now for a few weeks so yeh definitely a thumbs up 😃

Nov 27,2023I used skindoc for 6 months for roaccutane with dr Dr Sreedhar Krishna. I’ve never had better service! I genuinely felt like he cared and went out of his way to make the process as simple and accessible as possible. He was very trustworthy and the process from beginning to end was empathetic, smooth and transparent. Honestly cannot recommend them enough. I really rate that they work with your gp (e.g for blood tests) to keep costs as low as possible for you, despite that they could easily get more money by not offering this. It really restored my faith in health professionals. Thank you so much!
