Oct 30,2023Skindoc's service and isotretinoin have been life changing. I was able to start treatment straight away, without any long waiting times or in-person trips, with great end results. All medicine was delivered quickly, skindoc always responded to any emails the same day and they were very flexible and understanding of my unique situation. Great care and support! Thanks Dr Dinani. Isotretinoin is pretty hard core but this was genuinely one of the best decisions I've ever made. I don't normally write reviews but I'm doing this to assure anyone who's really struggling with acne to start this treatment - do it as I'm already a much happier and more confident person.

Oct 29,2023Great professionals, top quality. They definitely know what they're doing and Dr. Sree has been very considerate of my circumstances and skin issues. The right treatment was figured super fast and after only a couple of weeks, results for the better are showing already. The entire team is fast to solve one's query and accommodate when needed, very kind and I can't thank them enough for everything. It's only been a short time and I'm feeling so much more confident and just happy that my skin's finally clearing up, with hopes for it to stay from now on. Been struggling with my acne for years and nothing seemed to help at all until Dr. Sree figured the possible causes right away and suggested a route no dermatologists took before or was entirely missed by them. Very knowledgeable and making sure I understand how each med works for what and so on, so I can make the final call. Thanks again for all that you guys do, wishing you only the very best, stay brilliant!

Oct 28,2023I had been having a problem with my skin for over a year, it has begun to make me v miserable and not to mention ill, I was fed up and wanted answers, my GP told me if they reffered me I would have to wait upto 6-18months! I decided I couldn't wait and found skindoc on Google. I got my diagnosis the same day I sent my assessment questionnaire in. v impressed and just relieved to know what it is now. thank you

Oct 25,2023I came to Skindoc in search of a private consultation for Accutane treatment, and have found the process so far to be expeditious and very straightforward, which I appreciate. I had a consultation with Dr. Sreedhar Krishna and found him to be understanding of my skin problems as well as very helpful in terms of various treatment options, both with respect to Accutane and other possible drugs that could help me. I received the letters he wrote for me on the same day as my consultation. Penny and Natasha have been great help as well. So far, so good. Thanks to everyone at Skindoc--I recommend their practice without reservation.

The clinical letter was detailed and addressed all of my questions and concerns (and I had a lot!), and the prescription quickly issued by the team. They helped me where I was unable to get help through the NHS, and I am relieved I found them.

Oct 21,2023Online consultation for treatment options for persistent acne for my daughter (17y old). Dr Sree (Sreedhar Krishna) was excellent. Took care to listen to all details, asked questions in a tactful/professional way and explained things in non-medical terms, for my daughter. He is highly knowledgeable and gave an overview of the treatment options for her case with pros and cons, for each. We finished the consultation with a plan, but we can change and go for plan B at any time. Access to a consultant dermatologist with no delay (prolonged GP referrals) is very valuable. I am delighted I came across skin doc. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Oct 20,2023I am so happy to have come across Skindoc whilst looking for help with treating my acne. I was desperate, as my skin was getting worse by the day and my mental health along with it. Because I only managed to get an appointment with a dermatologist through NHS in 6 months time, that was not something I could wait on any longer. After comparing different options based on price and reviews, this was the one I decided to go for and I couldn't be any happier with my choice. Price wise - good value compared to others I had found online. Clarity and helpfulness - As soon as I've reached out to Skindoc, Penny and Natasha have been so helpful and have presented me with all the information I had requested. Swift and transparent, friendly and helpful, they always respond to all my questions and in such a timely and efficient manner. Video Appointment Benefit - At first I was skeptical on how well the doctor will be able to asses my effected area and also the evolution during the treatment, but as soon as I had my first appointment I realized how great this was going to work for me. I did not need to take time off work for this, as I could book the appointment whenever it would suite me best. Dr Sree - Always knew what tablets, or creams to recommend and they always worked exactly as he said. He gave me explanations for all my questions, no matter how silly they may have been. I felt comfortable discussing this issue (and all that came along with it) with him about and it gave me a lot of confidence seeing how my skin is actually improving based on his recommendations. And now it's time to move to NHS, as I'm finally booked for an appointment with a dermatologist referred by NHS, and I shall continue my treatment through them. But only Dr Sree knows how I am not looking forward to that at all :) However, it can get quite costly if the treatment is needed for longer - which it seems mine is - so I believe I will continue my treatment through NHS. I can only say a huge thank you to the amazing staff at Skindoc. And I know where to go to if I'll ever have skin issues again. And, based on my experience, I would recommend Skindoc with no hesitation.

Having suffered with acne for 10+ years and waiting for a year for NHS treatment, I am so grateful to have found skindoc. After 7 months of treatment, I can honestly say the whole team at skindoc and the process has been faultless. Arranging appointments is easy and the team have always been prompt at responding to emails. Dr Tang and Dr Sree were so kind and patient with me throughout all appointments. Penny and Natasha were also always on hand to help with administrative questions. The total cost my my treatment, including prescription costs came in around the same price as estimated on their website. Although going private is never going to be cheap, they’re worth every single penny. I will be recommending skindoc time and time again. Thank you all so much!

Oct 14,2023Where do I begin.. From beginning my Roaccutane journey to now nearly being at the end of it, I must say the whole process with Skindoc has been insanely efficient and even enjoyable! I can honestly say I look forward to my consultations, they are the highlight of my month (as sad as that may sound)! Shout out to the most amazing dermatologist/human being I’ve been blessed to have cure me! Dr Sree is the BEST dermatologist around. First and foremost he’s extensively qualified and experienced so he knows what he’s on about. Not only that, he actually listens to you and empathises with your problems (skin related or not)! I can always guarantee I’m going to feel better in myself and about my life after a consultation with Dr Sree. Part of me doesn’t want my acne to go now purely because I don’t want to stop having a laugh with Dr Sree once a month haha! But jokes aside, he’s the guy you need to call. So.. in conclusion, if you’re feeling fed up with your skin problems and you want a straight forward and pleasant process of curing your issues, then Skindoc is 100% the place for you. I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you for everything you’ve done for me.

My experience with skindoc so far has been great, super fast service, customer support is also always available to help you with your questions. I highly recommend their service.

SkinDoc are incredible in terms of their customer focus and dedication to understanding (!) and addressing their patients' concerns. The team are friendly, very knowledgeable and attentive. The overall process is extremely well run and structured and focuses on achieving positive medical outcomes while emphasising customer care and convenience. Cannot recommend more highly.
