Aug 11,2023This is an exceptional service in every respect - fantastic support staff who are very responsive and helpful, and Dr Sree could not be more approachable, kind and knowledgeable. He has made our son feel at ease every time they speak and provided the highest level of care in a flexible way that enables us to have consultations online and in the evening. We highly recommend them.

Aug 10,2023Very easy process end-to-end. I submitted my photos and had an answer and a prescription within 24 hours. I have stubborn rosacea and the doctor understood well the latest treatments. The price is a fraction of what I would pay in London and this service is way more convenient. It would have taken me over a month to see a doctor in london. I also had a follow-up question about the medication, which was answered promptly.

Aug 07,2023I used the photo upload service on Skindoc and had a great experience. The uploading of photos and online form were very user friendly. The whole process was very efficient, and I was provided with a diagnosis and very informative letter from Dr Krishna less than 24 hours after my completion of the form. A comprehensive treatment plan was provided, and he was very friendly and welcoming of any questions, which were answered promptly. The service is great value for money. Thank you for your help.

Jul 20,2023The team at Skindoc have been amazing, and I couldn’t have asked for better service from everyone that I’ve interacted with. Dr Sreedhar has played a huge role in making my roaccutane journey a positive one, through his great consultation, where he has taken how I am feeling into account at different stages to help tailor my dosage. In addition, each of our bi-monthly checkins have been great and I have really enjoyed chatting about both my medication (of course), and basketball!!

Jul 14,2023I found Skindoc online after being on the dermatology waiting list for nearly 2 years with the NHS. I honestly wish I'd found this service earlier because after only 4 months of treatment, my skin has improved so much on accutane and I'm much more confident about my skin now. The service from Penny and Natasha who handle all the admin, has been amazing and seamless, always responding to my queries without delay, so I'm always kept updated very quickly. Booking appointments is incredibly easy and the overall process, from the blood tests, the appointments and the prescriptions have been seamless. I've been treated by Dr Sree, who has been incredibly helpful and informative - I've always been able to find appointment slots, even at short notice and the service is very much centred on individual needs. I've been able to give my own input into my treatment plan which works best for me, based on the advice from Dr Sree. Overall, I'd highly recommend Skindoc to anyone who's been struggling with their acne as it's definitely been worth it for me.

Aug 14,2023I have been receiving acne treatment from Skindoc for over 6 months now and I quite literally couldn’t be happier with the service I receive! Sree is wonderful to talk to and he always manages to calm down any worries I have about my skin as he is super knowledgeable and has a very funny sense of humour. In fact I used to go to an in-clinic private dermatologist which costed me way more and I just wish I had booked with Skindoc sooner! The dedication the dermatologists here have in resolving your concerns is incredible! Booking with them is so fast and easy. You can even email the doctors with any questions and they reply back to you very fast. I have never had a negative experience and their help has honestly brought my confidence back after years of feeling insecure of my skin! A big thank you to Sree and everyone at Skindoc including Natasha and Penny - you guys are seriously THE BEST !
