Jan 27,2020From booking to arriving back home, everything went seamlessly. We arrived in Moutier, to find our onward minibus waiting. On our return the same. Arriving at resort, chalet host waiting with team , helped with bags and a good resort guide/advise was shared over a pre dinner drink. Food was as good as any over the last 30 years, including club med.... Options on breakfast included English bacon and black pudding, a first. Well done Skiworld ..

Jan 26,2020Perfect location - right by lift, ski back (almost) to door. Chalet hosts Terry and Lucy were fantastic - nothing too much trouble. Chalet wine of a higher standard than most. Sensible flight times and luggage allowances too. What's not to like!

Jan 26,2020Reasonable accommodation, good food, good staff, questionable choice of airport - Grenoble is awful; it can’t handle the numbers in ski season and Ski World could brush up on it’s transfers/ information to travellers

Jan 26,2020We couldn't fault our Skiworld holiday, the team looked after us really well. The food was excellent, the location of the Chalet was very convenient for all the facilities. The weather was fantastic which made skiing even more enjoyable. We would definitely consider going there again and would use Skiworld for our next skiing holiday.

Jan 26,2020Stayed at Chalet Alpenland Zug Lech Austria. Chalet hosts Terry and Lucy were absolutely Amazing and made this holiday best ski trip we’ve ever had. First class service meals and Chalets. Highly recommend anyone to book with Skiworld really impressed with their customer service from booking and all way through our holiday until their rep left us at the airport

Jan 26,2020Thanks to Terry and Lucy, our hosts at the Alpenland in Zug, for helping to make our week a memorable experience. Very nice chalet, a bit remote if you are looking for nightlife maybe, but as a chalet we had a fantastic week sitting around the table, eating great food and all interacting, after a good days skiing. loved meeting everybody that joined us in the chalet, a great mix.

Jan 25,2020Very well looked after by an excellent team, suplying quality meals with good attention to their guests requirements. Chalet somewhar dated ; little changed since our last visit a few years ago. Could do with a new dishwasher as not all dishes put out clean. Toilet in our bathroom could be cleaner.. Generally very happy with service though.

Jan 22,2020This was a tired chalet. Had visited 13 years earlier and clearly no refurbishment had taken place in that time. The food was of a good standard. But the layout and accessibility to kettles, breakfast food teas and coffee was a H&S risk. Room was not cleaned and bin emptied once. First night we were strongly encouraged not to have our rooms cleaned which I ignored but it didn’t matter as they didn’t do it anyway. The manager of the chalet has a lot to learn about thinking on his feet and making it a positive experience for his customers

Jan 21,2020Overall we had a lovely chalet and the ski hosts were great. Titan airways were brilliant as well. When we got on the transfer we were told by the rep she would give us more info when we arrived nearer resort, however the next time she spoke it was to say we had arrived at our chalet. The advert showed our chalet to be a 5star experience, however we had no shampoo or shower gel, towels weren’t changed during the week and beds only made once. Not exactly 5* in our opinion. Lovely food and on some days we had an aperitif drink. It was only the hosts 2nd week and they were flexible with setting breakfast/ dinner time however some of the guests needed an earlier breakfast to get the bus to lessons and most days they went without a cooked breakfast because it wasn’t ready. A great experience and I would definitely go to a chalet again, just some little tweaks for this chalet.

Jan 20,2020A fantastic holiday for our whole family. Excellent hosts at the chalet and perfectly situated. Nothing was too much trouble and they were looked after the children so well. They even made a birthday cake for my daughter's birthday! Chalet was comfortable, clean and large enough for our extended family. Amazing view of the NYE fireworks too!

Jan 27,2020We stayed in Chalet Cherrier in Val D'Isere. The chalet was great and we loved Le Petit Danois next door for apres. The chalet staff were lovely and the atmosphere really relaxed. The food was excellent and plentiful, the wine was generous. We had a wonderful week and were really lucky as the rest of the guests were great fun. Strongly recommend Chalet Cherrier and Ski World.
