Jan 13,2020I spent 1 week from the 4th to 11th of January in Tignes at chalet Hera. The chalet was small but perfect for my needs and the chalet host was fantastic in giving information on places to go, things to do & see around the local area. I would thoroughly recommend Skiworld to anyone and yes, I will be using them next year.

Jan 13,2020St Anton was a good holiday skiing Standard is more intermediate but also some beginners areas but best with classes for this! Chalet was lovely (chalet Stratus) Our chalet maid, Charlie was fantastic, very organised, helpful, sociable, she made the holiday ! Transfers good, air flight very quick .

Jan 13,2020We found skiworld to be really helpful and friendly and of a very highly standard throughout our holiday. The staff were just lovely, couldn't do enough to make sure we were comfortable and having a good time, and they were really good fun too!

Jan 13,2020Hosts were polite, well informed and flexible when it came to the menus selection for some of the more tricky eaters in the chalet. Chalet was kept clean and tidy, hosts were never late and easily contactable.

Jan 13,2020Great Experience Logistics very tight, no hanging around with transfers. Hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming from start to finish. The menu was really impressive as well and it made for a fantastically organised and enjoyable trip.

Jan 13,2020Myself and my son had the most wonderful holiday at Chalet Aigle in Tignes. The place was in such fabulous location, extremely friendly and helpful staff and amazing food. The home made cakes were a real treat after a day skiing. We loved it and would highly recommend it, we will be back for more next year. Thank you to all the Team at Skiworld. Fenella and Benjamin

Jan 10,2020Been with Skiworld for the last 8 years mainly going the first week of the season. Value for money & access to the piste are the drivers for me & Skiworld deliver really well in these regards. If you want positive ski experience on a budget then this company is for you. Only gripes are connected to going that first week of the season where there are teething problems in terms of staff experience, information & wider accommodation readiness - some small examples - the last two years in differing resorts, we could not ski away from locker rooms as the doors were snowed in & facilities management seems surprized that people wanted to ski! - Not directly Ski Worlds responsibility in the block, but I would expect them to have been nagging the block managers in lead up to customer arrival. Company have restructured their in resort resources to make dinner available 6 nights of the week again, which is appropriate & have found food surprisingly good for chalet. They appeared to have improved the admin around pre-booked lift passes this year (Val Thoren) so we were given them & vouchers for kit at arrival of chalet this year, which was really pleasing as in previous years we would have to wait for reps on the 1st morning of skiing. Would have been nice to get piste map with pass but you can't have everything...... I would start planning my next holiday by going straight back to their web-site so ultimately I must be a satisfied customer!

Jan 04,2020Chalet hosts Tobias and Brodie were wonderful - always helpful and friendly while being incredibly hard working to keep our group of 18 well fed! Chalet Natalia was very well situated for the slopes, warm, clean and comfortable - it was nice to have a full bathroom en-suite after a full day skiing.
