Everything was excellent - from the flights - bang on time, easy airport meet and greet, comfortable coach transfer and absolutely fantastic chalet with wonderful hosts who prepared amazing food. Would definitely book with Skiworld again.

We had a great holiday in chalet Phoenix in val thoron in December. The chalet was great and the team were lovely. Great food and plenty of wine every night! Great location too.

What a fantastic week we had from start to finish. Skiworld staff all very accessible, professional and accommodating. Smooth pick up and transfer to and from the airport. Ski passes waiting for us at the chalet on arrival. Chalet Nimbus was stunning, very cosy and comfortable and wonderful facilities. Our chalet hosts were lovely and the food they turned out was excellent. Anything we needed was sorted for us by the staff. Shuttle bus to and from the slopes was handy, staff at the Intersport Centrale were wonderful, very professional and courteous, helping us with our skis and boots at the beginning and end of the day. Skiworld have definitely got their holidays right, I will definitely book through them again and would highly recommend them, well done. Finally, St Anton is a very pretty village with lovely bars and restaurants and really friendly people everywhere you go

Perfect chalet for a large party, had everything you need and Ski world staff Kurtis, Shaun and Lucy looked after and fed us beautifully. Perfect location and fantastic resort

Chalet staff made the holiday . They were excellent. Boot room facility brilliant. Chalet good size though bedrooms rather small with lack of storage. Good slope access. Great communial space. Cooking facilities meant food not really hot when served. A second oven was not usable. Ordered ingredients did not arrive. No salt pepper or gravy available. You have a hostess Plate up policy. This wastes food. Self serving much greener as left overs can be reused.

We had a very pleasurable experience when we went skiing this Christmas. The chalet was nice and super convenient to ski in/out (we didn't as it snowed in the village only on the last day). We loved the new sauna/relaxation area. The rooms were nice and spacious, in our case we had a huge balcony. Great on sunny days! The team was young and enthusiastic, always keen to help. We give it a 4* because we felt that even though the food was pretty good we felt the portions were not quite big enough and the teenagers felt it was a bit too "adult" at times. The breakfast also seems to have days of "hit and miss" regarding quantity (either some guests ate more than they should or the food order was well misjudged). However, when asked to get alternative dinners for the younger ones, the staff were very accommodating. Being the first guests of the season I guess some things were not quite there yet. Overall, we think the chalet was well run, the home-made bread and cakes were amazing and our experience was very positive.

Our hosts were amazing (especially Elise) They were extremely friendly and put a lot of thought and effort in to making our holiday special. The accommodation was in an excellent location and very comfortable inside. The food was also plentiful and to a better then expected standard. My only negative is the long transfer times. This could be made quicker if you were taken straight from the airport to your destination rather than going via a central hub and changing coaches. (this adds another 1-2 hours onto the journey depending how long you have to wait at the hub). This is a real pain with suitcases and board bags, also not ideal at 5am!

Christmas, skiing, in France, expensive but we fancied trying Christmas away from home for once. Party of 10 adults and a small child (my granddaughter). Approximate cost was £1250 per person for full chalet service in what was described as a high end chalet with high end service, platinum level! So, we have just gone through Arbitration (and won) for the following reasons:- 1, no hot water (at all) for 3 days of our week. Had to boil kettles to bath my 3 year old grand daughter. Things go wrong, I know, but we were literally left on our own and no effort was made to find us alternative washing facilities for 3 consecutive days. 2. Apartment floor was filthy, had been brushed but definitely not washed between holiday let’s. 3. We had no bedding for the cot for the 3 year old even though knew she was coming. 4. The chalet staff had two consecutive days off over Xmas so we were doing washing up, clearing and loading the dish washer, this also coincided with the no hot water situation. The staff admitted to us that the boiler was playing up the previous week but hadn’t been fixed. 5. When we first arrived on resort, there was heavy snow fall and we were dropped at the bottom of the hill and asked to walk up to our apartment with our bags and equipment. This was at the end of a very early start and long day. We kicked up a fuss and they sent a van to pick our luggage up. 6. On arrival at the chalet, neither of the Christmas trees were decorated, which wa ps commented on. The answer was, ‘we thought you might want to do this with the youngsters’. I quickly decorated it so it would look Christmassy for our Christmas picture perfect holiday in the snow. The child’s cot was still in its box which we needed to open and put up. We needed to use single bed sheets and full size blankets to cover her. 7. One of our party out a post on social media during the hot watergate, this was removed by Skiworld. 8. The staff lied about things we discussed during the holiday, in front of witnesses. £1250 per head 🤔 think twice before booking with Skiworld

Chalet is functional rather than comfortable. Our bedroom was very nice with en suite shower and loo plus balcony. Cleaned daily too. However I would not book this place if I had to share a bathroom and be aware that several rooms are offered on this basis. The living room for want of a better word is far from relaxing with bench seats around the side of the room. Therefore the chalet doesn’t feel like a normal chalet or indeed a chalet hotel where you would have the lounge as it missing a focal point for relaxing after a hard day’s skiing. Breakfast was good with decent hot options however the evening meals were average at best and more often than not below average. This was probably the least inspiring collection of dinners that I have experienced in 20 years of chalet holidays. Disappointingly Skiworld staff take two nights off vs the usual one. There was no cake provided on their days off and worse still all the punters breakfast stuff, plates and even the uneaten yoghurts, cold meats and cheeses were left out on the side/on the table all day to fester. This was very uninviting on your return to the chalet. It would have taken one staff member 10 minutes to tidy up after breakfast so as to leave the chalet looking good. The staff were freindly enough and well intentioned but somehow failed to deliver the chalet experience. I thought staying in remote Zug would be a nice experience and it was in some ways with a short walk to the chairlift in the mornings but i found it too quiet for my liking and my future preference would be to stay in Lech centre. Clearly not Skiworld’s fault just my own preference. On the other hand the convenient bus service (no. 2) is excellent and very reliable - just an 8 min ride into town. It wasn’t all bad but it should have been so much better. I won’t be rushing back to book with Skiworld again when other operators to deliver a more polished product

Chalet nimbus - St Anton -Really lovely family week away - very relaxing chalet with good chalet staff and cooks. Plus points very relaxing comfortable chalet with breakfast and dinner . A bit surprised that dinner was for 5 nights whereas competitors will offer 7 nights for the signature level. That said the food was very good. Also would have expected breakfast to be laid out on the 2 mornings of non cooked breakfast and not leave the guests to do that for the signature level price. Again breakfast served good. The best thing was although up a great hill away from town Rendle side the chalet offered transport at certain times which was good. The worst thing which almost ruined the holiday for us was on the coach trip into resort we were travelling with 3 kids and the journey was far too long. The staff has arranged it so that St Anton was in the last loop so normally a 1hr 30 journey became a 3 hour journey . We ended up double backing on ourselves and the explanation was that the chalet staff weren’t ready so I am guessing they ‘ churned ‘ the drop offs to their convenience which was a big no no for us. By this time after the inbound flight waiting for the coach then the very long journey the kids were desperate for a comfort break and no loos on the coach. We got to the chalet after 9 pm therefore missing one of the 5 dinners so this needs to be addressed by Ski World. Fortunately the rest of the week improved and the staff couldn’t do enough for us.

We are from the U.S. and were inexperienced with making travel plans for European ski destinations. There were some hiccups especially with converting money to pounds and euros and getting our payments to SkiWorld. Overall though it was well worth it as we had the best time in St. Anton. The ski chalet we stayed in was perfect for us and the service once in Europe was excellent. I do reccomend SkiWorld, they worked very well for us.
