Feb 29,2020This year was the 3rd year we have used SkiWorld and the experience was particularly challenging and handled particularly well by Skiworld. we were travelling with a coeliac and needed the whole menu to be gluten free. When we arrived we were immediately confident that this was covered by our host.

Feb 29,2020Excellent service during all stages of our holiday. Good value for money. All staff were friendly and helpful. The chalet was beautiful and well positioned for easy access to the slopes and lifts. We wouldn't hesitate to use Skiworld again.

Feb 29,2020Chalet Abricot - Val Thoren We have travelled with Ski World on a number of occasions and had a great trip...but...our stay in Chalet Abricot over New Year this year was not good. The chalet accomodation was good, although we turned up and what we had booked (two rooms next to each other for our family of two adults and 2 kids was actually two rooms split by another couple where the layout info on the website was different to reality). We sorted this with the other couple and swapped so this was fine. The lounge area was not big enough for the number of residents. The kitchen was dirty. The food was very poor for all and on a number of nights food allergies, which had been confirmed as part of the booking, were not taken into consideration. The two lads who looked after our chalet were pleasant but not competent and spent quite a bit of time bickering between themselves. Overall not a great experience in the chalet! We fed this back to Skiworld following the holiday and they have not even acknowledged the feedback. Unfortunately we have decided not to travel with them again.
