Jan 20,2020Ski trip to st Anton, itinerary said British airways flights 23 kg hold baggage allowance. BA allows skis up to 290cm in as your 23 kg, and you stuff clothes into that bag. Add to that 20kg for carry on bag and ruck sack hand bag also. However after booking car parking at Gatwick so I can take my skis etc. I ring ski world to check the logistics and was told ' oh no ski carriage is not included as it's a BA charter flight, so I needed to book skis in with ski world in advance and it was now booked full for skis. The itinerary makes no mention of having to book ski carriage with ski world. Strange that ski world told me ski carriage was sold out and then someone at the same chalet got his skis in agreed the day before Nd someone else just turned up at Gatwick without the mysterious pre booking(that is unwritten anywhere in T&C.) Add o I paid for car parking for empty car when I could have conveniently taken a coach and then had to fork out over £100 for ski hire and poles. Ski world are incompetent and unrepentant avoid like the plague, I stayed with them before many years ago this leopard hasn't changed its spots

Jan 15,2020Good location pretty much ski to the small chair lift, ski bus a few metres away. Ski buses are efficient, although you have to pay for them in the evening. Skiing back involves a lot of polling though. We only did it once. Chalet hosts are fantastic, all the evening meals were great, although they did have a tendency to over cook the crossiants. Chalet good, although no real communal relaxing area. We were in room 4, compact, but perfectly good for a couple. Only odd thing was the only plug in the room was at mattress level at the head of the bed!

Jan 14,2020Great holiday experience. Very helpful in booking ski hire, and lift passes. Chalet was nice, and our hosts were wonderful, making the whole holiday experience a pleasure. They coped so well with our parties difficult dietary needs; veggie, no beef and a gluten free, fish eating vegan. All catered for without fuss. We’ll back!

Jan 14,2020Chalet location and comfort excellent, right on the slopes two minutes from the nearest lift. Ski in and ski out just bout all season. Chalet hosts fantastic and very professional. Food was delicious.

Jan 14,2020From the point of booking to arriving at the chalet and heading to the piste a very well organised holiday. All the staff we met in St Anton were great, obviously a good team who worked together. The chalet was excellent, the food was well cooked and very well presented from breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner - nothing was too much for the staff in St Anton.

Jan 13,2020It would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the farce of Grenoble Airport. I have not exprienced an airport so inadequate for the number of passengers.

Jan 13,2020We always had very good experiences with Skiworld in the past and the recent trip to Nendaz in Switzerland last week was actually outstanding. Starting with the easy booking process, communication and advice and finishing with the beautiful chalet Altair and their excellent hosts and resort rep. Absolutely marvellous. Because of the overall great service we are returning customers. Wish Skiworld would run more catered chalets in Switzerland...

Jan 20,2020An incredible holiday! Thanks to our amazing hosts Sue and Mark (Chalet Sarene) we were well looked after and had some amazing food. We are very much missing them already. The holiday was well organised and the resort fantastic for beginners. We are already discussing our next ski holiday:) Thank you so much
