Mar 11,2019Stayed 1st week March in Val Thorens, skiing was very good even if the snow conditions were not great. The chalet was sold with a spa bath - this did not work in the room we stayed in! There was no boot room or area to leave ski boots, so carried them down three flights of stairs every day to our room to try to keep them warm and dry. The chalet was over warm but we were told not to leave the window open as the radiators freeze up. The chalet is not 25m from the slop as advertised, you need to take a lift down to the slops and this is very tempremental or you walk down 4 flights of steps. Seating in the chalet is for 12 people even though the chalet can accommodate 14! The red run back in the evening is very challenging if you are not an experienced skier. This is my personal opinion on the chalet we stayed in.

Mar 10,2019Had a great week in Zermatt in February 2019. The Chalet Mazot is in an excellent position in the centre of town, close to restaurants and bars, and the bus which links to the lifts stops just outside. The chalet staff were friendly and helpful and provided great food - what more could we ask for?

Mar 09,2019We have just completed a superb holiday in Courchevel staying in Chalet Jacques.Our hosts Jim and George were exceptional cooks taking great pride in their cooking,presentation and ensuring we all had a superb time.The chalet is in a wonderful position as ski in ski out ,it’s so cosy, great hot tub, super showers ,plentiful hot water Wonderful chalet abundance of super wines,bubbly wonderful aperitifs ,cheeses and port all provided. Hope these guys do another season next year and if they do please let us know where and we will be booking! Mandy and John Rankin a group of 10

Mar 08,2019Skiworld's Zermatt Chalet Team were an excellent trio , the Resort Manager was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful at all times. The couple running the Chalet were very professional and very attentive to everybody's food requests. The only complaint I have is with Skiworld's choice of Flight times to and from Geneva. They were so early that we effectively lost a night's sleep on both transfer days. I hope they will amend this in the future. I would still recommend Skiworld.

Mar 08,2019Good ski holiday. Conditions brilliant, chalet great, food lovely and ski world team knowledgable and helpful. The only minor problem we had was the triple room third bed was pretty poor and we should have asked for it to be changed. It didn’t affect us to much from having great time.

Don’t find the sales team very efficient (I chase a booking query rather than get chased) but no real issues. Accommodation in both resorts was great as was food (however France food was slighter better quality)

Mar 07,2019Our host Harry made all his guests very welcome and if we needed things to be done eg: shown how to heat the sauna he was more than willing to help. Morgan was also very helpful and regularly came to check on us. Chalet was lovely, clean. Facilities was excellent and food was yummy (all freshly prepared and cooked. Our chalet wasn’t too far from the slopes.

Mar 07,2019Good chalet and great chalet staff at Premier Neige in Val disere. disappointed with early transfer times out of resort despite paying for later flights and ended up with 4 hrs plus at grenoble airport. Appreciate traffic can make it difficult to plan exact journey times but felt had paid extra for nothing other than an extra 1 hr in bed. Skiworld should be more transparent about transfer times and their policy . Overall very well organised and friendly efficient reps /staff.

Mar 13,2019A super team of young people that grafted for us all week. Transport and logistics all went swimmingly even with a crazy French coach driver to add to the fun. Chalet Lores was much better than we expected. Food was good quality but relatively small in portion - real student digs feel about it - which you will love or loath. The building is a bit tired but we thought it added to the charm. The people we met were of mixed age which made long evenings in front of the roaring fire place a real joy. Not bad at all.
