Mar 31,2019Just completed a week (23-30 March) in the chalet Premiere Neige in Val d Isere. Everything about this holiday was outstanding from booking with Flavia to the reps and chalet mates Elie and Josh who provided top class food and service and treated us like friends rather than guests. This is a great chalet to be classed amongst the best in Val. It is just yards away from a chair lift that whisks you up to the uncrowded pistes or to hop on bus to take you to anywhere in the village. Transfers were efficient and flight faultless. The chalet is warm and comfortable with plenty of room for guests and all their kit. All in all one of the best ski holidays ever thanks to Skiworld staff and service. Outstanding. Downhilljohn

Mar 27,2019Great place to stay, staff are very helpful, WiFi is good especially if you’re injured as I was. Nice sauna for those aches and pains. Food was good and well made but not enough, I think the budget must be small especially as the staff have two days off per week. Only negative for me but I would definitely go there again and will be recommending it to others.

Transfer journey although long was easy and upon arrival at our catered chalet we were met and introductions were very detailed. The chalet was exceptional, clean and spacious with very helpful chalet staff. Overall a fantastic experience.

Mar 26,2019What a brilliant bunch of people! Great holiday in a fantastic chalet with the best hosts. Great food, great location and 1st class customer service. Skiworld went the extra mile for us after one of our party left their passport at the chalet, arranged a taxi to bring it to the airport and then organised alternative flights after we missed our scheduled trip home at no extra cost. Thanks to all involved, very impressive!

Mar 26,2019My wife and I stayed in Chalet Lores. The food was great, the wine plentiful and the staff very pleasant and helpful. The chalet is a little tired but clean and comfortable. Overall good value for money. The layout of the dining room/lounge area is good for meeting other guests and the evening drinks and canapés were appreciated. The only real problem is that the boot room is very small and tight and could be a problem if everyone wanted to use it at the same time.

Apr 02,2019My husband and I had a great holiday in Alpe D’Huez where we stayed in Chalet Martine. Our Chalet Host, Molly, was friendly, helpful and a great cook 😊. She catered for my dietary needs without a problem and went over and above to ensure everyone in the chalet had a great holiday. The Chalet Hosts work so hard and not all guests show appreciation for this, so thanks Molly and the rest of the team for making our ski trip an enjoyable one. One small moan, room one does not have adequate storage and I had to store my ski gear in my suitcase the whole time, which wasn’t ideal 🙁. Other than that, the hot tub was ideal for soaking away any post ski aches and pains, it was possible to ski back to the chalet and the walk to the lifts in the mornings was not too far. Thanks to Lukas and Charlie for arranging the entertaining quiz night - great fun. 😃
