Great chalet maids! Couldn’t fault them. Chalet host didn’t do much, although I’m sure more went on behind the scenes, but did give us some misleading info. In general the chalet is beautiful and the food provided is great. Book direct though, we made the mistake of going through Iglu

For me the staff made the holiday feel like a 5 star one. The service and friendliness of all staff was exceptional. The accommodation also was again 5 star as well as the food. Chefs put on a good option of meat and vegetarian dishes every night. Overall the best catered holiday we have been on which added to the great skiing also.

Chalet was lovely, host friendly and helpful. Food excellent. Cleaning a little sparse in places. Coach transfers poor- driver no help with bags and not interested in changing the temperature of the coach! I would definitely recommend, and would book with you again- you might want to look at your bus company as that was the only let down.

I've used Skiworld several times and they've always been 5star. My last occasion wasn't as good, but I believe they are working on that.

Flights changed and no customer service! Booked short trip with skiworld. They changed our flight to one inthe late PM last minute (they oversold our initial flight). Flying to airport further away now and wont arrive til its too late to rent skis (let alone make it to the slopes). Customer service only takes calls for new bookings, not on the line for existing customers. The transfer from airport to Chalet we are told takes 3h+ because of the many stops. We are unable to cancel or get any refund for this trip despite this last minute change. How is this even legal?!

Our holiday was ruined by a missleading resort manager (Craig) who lied point blank to our face. He has materially damaged our trust and confidence in the skiworld brand.

Our chalet hosts at Chalet Chamois Volant really made our holiday! Jenny and Paul were really accommodating, helpful and friendly. They managed to provide lovely food for a range of people with a variety of dietary requirements. I would stay with them again for sure!! The chalet itself was really good, hot tube was a particular hit after a day skiing!

The chalet is very well located and great for a party of 8 or 9. The food was good and the chalet host very helpful. The trip was good value for money in an expensive resort. Travel was very poor, with hours of queuing at both ends at check in and at immigration and security. Grenoble is unsuitable for the volume of UK flights on a skiing Saturday.

Really outstanding experience. Great flights and transfers which obviously cannot always happen. Helpful and efficient rep always on hand. Chalet Furka was immaculate and comfortable with a high standard of food, great ski and boot room with a lift. Sauna and spa. Very nice rooms. Chalet staff were charming, helpful and on the ball.

Online booking was OK but not very slick. You have to guess that the three boxes shown for name are title, first and surname (which initially contains "Passenger 1") Booking service needs to be improved. If you pay thousands of pounds you expect a booking reference to be shown at the end of the process and to get an e-mail confirmation within a few minutes. Expect to have to wait a working day to get any form of confirmation on your holiday.
