Myself and a group of friends did a recent trip with ski world to Val Thorens and it was brilliant. We were met at the airport and from there experienced great hospitality and delicious food. Nothing was too much trouble! Will definitely be booking again for next year's trip!

The chalet hosts, Ellie, Nick and Laurence (Harry) were attentive, helpful, informative and cheerful. Resort rep Chris was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the area.

A very nice chalet and excellent service from chalet host Millie and from resort rep Holly. The only downside was the service around ski hire. Shop was a long way away, very busy (we had to wait hours despite ordering in advance) and no transport to get skis and boots provided. I think it would have been better if we had made our own arrangements for ski hire. I saw people in a nearby chalet (another company) where the ordered skis and boots were brought to the chalet for them.

I have always experienced an excellent holiday with Skiworld. The standard and quality of Skiworld Chalet hosts/chefs do seem of a higher class than competitors. My only concern is the quality of accommodation the staff are expected to live in. The chalets for customers are excellent but unfortunately Skiworld seem to forget to look after their own staff, who are expected to deliver an excellent service to customers whilst themselves living in very poor conditions. Some without such essential things as a duvet or pillow. How are they supposed to give 100% when they cant even get a good nights sleep? Their accommodation is often very cramped and frankly not acceptable. Please SkiWorld look after your staff too

1st time we have gone to a fully catered Chalet with other guests and would definitely do it again. Skiworld made everything so easy, the reps were fantastic and would definitely book with you again.

Beautiful chalet- well situated with wonderful views. Our chalet staff -Rob and Sophie, were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and the food delicious.

Chalet was excellent. Transfer times were very disappointing- the holiday was advertised as 2-2 1/2 hours transfer from Grenoble to val d’isere. Unfortunately it was 3 1/2 going with a stop at Moûtiers. The toilets on the bus were out of order. The return flight left at 13.55 but we left the resort at 6.15 giving us 4 hours at Grenoble airport! I think your advert is misleading I have no complaints about the excellent staff,the food or the accommodation

Rooms very small with not enough hanging and storage space. Food was of a poor quality, our group chose to eat out on occasion. Staff were great!

Chalet in Myerhofen was basic but okay, situation wasn't a problem to us as we are used to being out of the town however the attitude of the staff was horrendous. There was little to no information available, never anyone in reception and keys left for anyone to swan in and take, room cleaning was sketchy to say the least. The staff organised two evening entertainments both arranged on their days off when we were all out fending for ourselves, very convenient , for them. The chalet manager was monosyllabic or sometimes downright rude. The first morning we waited patiently for a cooked breakfast for 15 minutes and then left as other people were given theirs even though they had only just requested the food. None of the staff knew our names or made any effort to talk to us even though we asked questions about them. This was our 8th chalet holiday but first with skiworld and definitely won't try them again.

A great holiday - the chalet was in a super location in terms of getting on the slopes. Food was really good. We've stayed with Skiworld in the past but this year was the best we've had. The resort team - chalet hosts and the reps were all fantastic.

We have a really good weeks Skiing, Chalet was fantastic, great hoasts. Food was very good. Nandez is a little difficult to link with the other ski areas - so was took the bus first thing
