Feb 28,2019The service was excellent, the food and staff was top rate. The staff bent over backwards to help. The food was good as were the portions, our only small grouse was that we would have liked more vegetables, not that we are vegetarian we just like vegetables

Feb 27,2019Amazing holiday to Alp d’huez and Chalet Sarenne in the village of d’huez.Chalet was fabulous and Rick and Shay were the perfect chalet hosts!.They were very sociable ,accommodating and made us feel very welcome! The food was outstanding which included the kids high teas. Our only disappointment was there was no restaurant in the village of d’huez and so we struggled for meals on Rick and Shay s days off as we had 3 children(ages 7,2 and 9 months)Restaurant s don’t open till 6pm and the bus only runs once an hour. Take aways also proved a problem for the children as one wouldn’t let us order less than 3 pizzas and the burger one didn’t open till 7pm! The hot tub steam room and sauna were great to relax in after a day on the slopes We would thoroughly recommend this Chalet.

Feb 26,2019Tom and Bronte were incredible hosts and made the holiday even better! Their cooking was outstanding, and they were always willing to help. The chalet was beautiful and a wonderful place to relax after a day on the slopes. I will definitely book with Ski World again.

Feb 26,2019Chalet quite good, but we booked one with a sauna and it was out of action all week. It was supposed to be ' superior catering' but it was very similar to what we have had in other chalets ( just normal chalet catering) They catered for gluten free, but we did pay extra for this privilege. No fruit bowl was available as was specified in the advert for the chalet. We could ski back to the door, but in a morning had to walk uphill and across a road before we could ski.

Feb 25,2019I was very impressed with the whole Organization. The check in was smooth, both flights were great, we could even use the fast track. Ski world representatives were waiting for us at airport, the coashes were all there waiting for us. The reps talked to each of us on coach giving us informations and finding out what we want out of our holiday. The chalet was stunning and our host was great. Amazing food and Charlotte even made us a birthday cake :) The rep Helena came to see us everyday and made sure we had everything (ski passes etc.) we need. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. Overall a 5* experience. Thank you, will use Skiworld again and would definitely recommend it to others.

Feb 25,2019Skiworld organised everything for our trip in one of their signature chalets (Benjamin) in Courchevel Village. Their hosts were truly outstanding, accommodation excellent and food superb. Nothing was too much trouble. I would thoroughly recommend, thank you Skiworld!
