The chalet was clean, convenient, well catered and with ultra helpful reps and hosts
Chalet Clementine Val Thorens - Chalet hosts and food good. You pay supplements for each room that has a jacuzzi bath however, Room 2 is not suitable for two adults, an adult and child maybe. The entrance floor where room 1 is, is described on the website as "Open-plan living/dining/kitchen area with wood burning stove" but in reality the room is next to this and therefore when the chalet hosts are preparing breakfast you are disturbed. One of the rooms did not have a wardrobe.
A Great holiday! But... we only got our tickets 4 days before flying and even then after a lot of chasing, so not ideal. Other than that, a lovely holiday, our host and reps were very accomodating.
The only problem was with ski and boot hire. Did not get what we ordered. Loads of snow and the Chalet host was excellent!
Two of us stayed at Chalet Benjamin in Courchevel. It’s a great chalet, conveniently positioned to the piste and with a nice ambiance. It’s billed as a signature chalet and according to the hosts is their ‘flagship’ chalet (along with the others in the trio – Jacques and Samuel). We’ve travelled with Skiworld before to a 5 star chalet and if I’m being honest there isn’t really much difference between the two. The website says you get robes and slippers – we only got robes. The fruit bowl was good, as was the wine but even then we had to ask for rose (which was advertised). To be fair it was brought to us every night after we asked. I wouldn’t say the food was any better than the other chalet we stayed in. Very nice, but no more superior than what was offered at the 5 star. Also, breakfast was a bit samey. No ‘specials’ such as pancakes as advertised; just a variation on an English fry up. Porridge was never offered to us although provided on the last day when asked. They also ran out of yogurts. We got a light lunch to take with us on the final morning which is a signature ‘touch’. The chalet hosts were very good, as was the rep and the booking process was smooth. No issues with transfers this time round (last year took nearly 8 hours) but, as is always the case, they get you to the airport stupidly early and there really is not much to do at Grenoble. As for the chalet, the Wifi was bad and there was very poor sound proofing in the upstairs bedroom which meant we got woken up every morning by the sound of the hosts preparing breakfast. The hot tub was nice but got cold very quickly. Probably better to describe it as a tepid tub! Chalet was clean and well heated, the beds very comfortable and (unusual in our experience) there was actually sufficient drawer and hanging space. However, we would have appreciated a redesign of the bathroom. We had to hold the shower over the bath as it was hooked at waist height, not head height. Very annoying and there seemed to be no good reason why it couldn’t have been hooked higher. No other rooms had this problem (they had massive showers which looked quite luxurious). One thing we would say, the whole cutting down to 5 catered days rather than 6 but not reflecting this in the price has not gone unnoticed. It will be interesting to see how customers react to this in future years as it’s rather galling to get less for more. Most of our ‘complaints’ were fairly minor and wouldn’t stop us going back to the same chalet again or booking with Skiworld (although let’s see what the prices do next year). However, I do think signature chalets described as Skiworld's flagship accommodation should have no room for complaints, however small. All in all though, a great holiday in a very good chalet was had by all.
This was a Skiing holiday with a Large group who made some arrangements outside of the normal Ski-world package. St. Anton, the location of the chalet, snow conditions all lead to an excellent holiday. the only thing I would change if possible would be to have a ski in - ski out location.

Great holiday no problems
An excellent week in St Anton made all the better by the Skiworld team who did their utmost to ensure our trip was as stress free as possible. The quality of food and cooking was the best of any company to date and any feedback was promptly attended to. The only reason for not giving the team five stars is the accommodation was very functional and the wine provided poor.

Good booking procedure, friendly and helpful. We had a great holiday, lovely chalet stoanerhof in mayrhofen. Staff friendly and helpful, just need a bit of guidance, a little shabby around the edges but wouldn't put us off booking again. Food generally good but with a few tweaks could be great.
Lovely chalet with excellent chalet host. Pick up and drop of for skiing appreciated. Fortunate with the snow conditions this made for a relaxing and very enjoyable family holiday.
Had a wonderful holiday. The chalet was great and the staff were the cherry on the cake, friendly, helpful and good fun. Looking forward to my ski world trip in March
Our trip was very good. The travel arrangements from and to the resort were on time and smooth. The chalet was comfortable and our host Mollie was an excellent cook. I would only knock a star off because we didn't like the extra day off that the chalet staff get. it made the holiday a little disjointed. Would suggest that the chalet staff rotate one of the days off and that you have someone to cover this.

I have skied with Skiworld for about 10 years. They are good and this year they totally nailed it. Occasionally, in other years a member of staff has had a bad attitude, sometimes they can't cook. In my experience the premium chalets are great but upgrading the service at a standard chalet doesn't always go smoothly. Overall though I think things are improving, the intention is good, the offering is excellent and this year was amazing so I have no reservation in giving 5 stars.

They have thought of everything pre holiday and then when you are on holiday they check every day how you are enjoying it and if they can do anything to make it even better. Amazing service and an incredible team. We will be booking again next year and I would not hesitate to recommend Skiworld.
