The chalet was in a great location which made access to the village and slopes really easy. The chalet could do with an overhaul as fixtures and fittings were old. One major problem is the wooden stairs, because we are not allowed to wear shoes in the chalet you end up walking around in your socks, which makes it very slippery especially on the wooden stairs which I slipped and fell down bruising my back and backside but when reported to the resort rep he didn’t seem overly interested when I suggested putting some sort of grip such as emery tape on the edge of the steps.

Fabulous holiday in St Anton at Chalet Stratus, shame we had to get up so early and be transferred to the airport for your convenience and waste a day of our lives when we weren't flying until the evening! Spoilt an otherwise perfect holiday. Think on, it's our holiday not just for the convenience of your rep team and coach driver. A little creative thought; fewer smaller coaches or just more coaches could have given us all a much better finish to the holiday and be a little different to other operators.

Everything under the direct control of Skiworld was 5 stars. However marking 4 stars because outward transfer due to take 3 hours took 7 and return transfer took 5 1/2 hours then compounded by 7 hour flight delay due to technical issue. Chalet Giorgio in Tignes, in convenient location for skiing with ski-in literally to front door, was spacious and comfortable with excellent food provided by chalet hosts. Been in chalets for over 25 years and food surpassed all past experiences with a Full English treat at breakfast

Great holiday. Great hosts and rep. Meals need to be six days catering and also more hearty meals needed. Accommodation needs a bit of TLC .comfy sofas, better bathroom facilities. Toilet in room 5 so tiny that my 6’ 3 husband struggled with the room!! Also kitchen facilities for the hosts need upgrading. They provided food with limited room and dated equipment in le Foret .

One of the best ski holidays I've had. Skiworld were superb and couldn't do enough for us. I would definitely book with them again.

We had an incredible week away in Val Thorens with Ski World. I would definitely return to the resort, stay at Chalet Capricorn again, and recommend Ski World. Thank you for a great week! !

We had a fantastic holiday. Ski World did a great job as everything went smoothly from start to finish. The staff at the resort were brilliant, they simply couldn't do enough for us - very impressive all of them.

Fantastic week at Chalet des Rouses in Les Deux Alpes. Wonderful staff, great food and service . All for an amazingly low price as we booked last minute. Lots of snow and lots of sunshine. Perfect January skiing.
