Feb 03,2019Stayed in chalet Corelli in Courchevel 1650. The chalet is in a great position in the lovely village of Moriond. This unfortunately is the only positive! Filthy chalet with very poor hygiene standards. Absolutely filthy kitchen with an open filthy bin often over flowing. Odd curtains in one room. Filthy toilet brush. Often no toilet rolls. Poor standard of customer service. The staff have very poor knowledge of the local ski area and their over all appearance was scruffy. I will not be staying with Skiworld again!

Jan 31,2019Us girls had a brilliant time in Chalet Yves last week with our host Jake- he's an absolute star. He was our host, tour guide & photographer all rolled into one. What more could 4 girls ask for?! Jake was a wonderful host, I know he was just doing his job but I really felt he went above & beyond for us (maybe it's because we were so demanding & wanted to keep our mouths shut for the easy life- who knows?!) Our reps Holly & Meghan were also fabulous, they sorted out our ski lessons, meals out for their days off & they even go out of their way to produce a Quiz night for everyone to take part in- which is so much fun! We also got to meet & hung out with Toby, Marcus, Henry & Paddy (other chalet hosts & their boss) they're not afraid to get stuck in, have a laugh, help one another out- as well as us! I personally don't think we could have asked for a better time away. Weather was glorious for January. Chalet is not too far away from the slopes or shops, so easy to get too. Lovely chalet. The only downside & only reasons I have not rated 5* is because, there is only 1 toilet between 7. There are no mirrors- other than one in the shower room. Minimal plug sockets so make sure you pack an extension lead & unlucky enough for the boys sharing with us during our stay, after a certain time or if you're all showering one after another the water tank will only stay warm for 30/45mins. So try and spread it out if possible or strip wash a few times- like I did. Such a lot of fun & I'd do it all over again if I could!

Jan 30,20194.5 stars! Great service, great organisation. Great company. Only thing stopping me giving 5 stars was we had to make a tax payment on the bus on the way there which we weren't told about in advance (not sure why this couldn't have been included in the initial cost), so obviously no one had the right amount of cash and they didn't have change. Not what we expected to have to do the second we boarded the coach and we were so tired! Also, the quote the rep gave us for private snowboarding lessons seemed remarkably high so we didn't go for it. We later found out that if we went straight to the school we could have got it cheaper...we weren't happy about that.

Jan 30,2019The booking process was relatively simple on the SkiWorld website which was great. But help from the resort skiworld rep whilst on the trip was very poor, as they could no advice or help when one of our party was injured, even on their own transfer service to the airport!

Jan 30,2019Excellent stay in chalet lever de soleil in Belle Plagne. Web photo taken with wide angled lens to create spacious image though accommodation roomy enough for eight. Pete superb host and cook and most attentive of individual requirements. Stayed in attic room (mind your head), outside noise in middle of the night slightly marred the holiday.

Jan 30,2019Other than the slowest bus driver the experience was brilliant! Great chalet, although it was dated, it was really warm and welcoming from the team, Jenny, Emily and Torrin. They looked after us fantastically well, with lovely home cooked meals and plenty of red & white wine. First skiing trip, and won’t be my last! Thanks 🙏👍😎⛷⛷

Jan 30,2019Good, clean accommodation with attentive chalet hosts. Food overall was good and tasty. Some of the wine on offer was a little bland as well as fruit juices being a little on the cheap side. Afternoon tea was great with fantastic cakes. Over all great value.

Jan 29,2019We stayed in chalet Girolle in Belle Plagne and our chalet was basic bad mould in bedroom 4 actually smelt disgusting. Susie our host was lovely . The food was not great and the food hygiene was awful in fact 4 of us out of 11 were ill with sickness and diarrhoea with stomach cramps ! The cups and crockery were splattered with bits from the dishwasher the glasses not clean the list is long ! Frozen yoghurts at breakfast because they had been put outside on balcony by Susie as no room in the overcrowded fridge also frozen veg kept in green trays on balcony as freezer full only trouble was that they kept defrosting and re freezing as the temperature rose and fell . They didn’t mention there was a pub/restaurant below with constant scraping of chairs and the beat of music into the early hours that if you were in room 1 or 2 was very annoying. Strangely only 3 hairdryers throughout so just as well we were a large group and could share. No towel change or clean all week and we thought at one point we were a drop in centre for staff as they were always popping in and out and even having meals after we had finished . No privacy at all. Would I use ski world again NO !
