I've been using SkiWorld for almost 20 years. Usually very good but this trip they seem to be taking us for granted. Call centre polite but just going through the motions. Unable to offer ski carriage - you're a ski holiday specialist! Using changes in EU working hours rules to cut evening meals from 6 to 5. Poor planning on first day off resulting in stale breakfast and no afternoon cake/bread. No cleaning of room or bathroom for the entire week. No coffee set out after dinner, seemingly because trying to sell coffee pods as an extra. Evening meals very hit and miss, never better than OK.

We stayed in the beautifully restored Chalet Samuel in Courchevel 1550. Fabulous staff. Lucy what a brilliant chef. The rest of the team were also lovely. Nothing was too much trouble.

On the whole we had a great trip. A few minor gripes in our catered chalet prevent me giving a 5 star rating though. The lounge area was too small for the number of people with uncomfortable chairs. The quantity of food was a little lacking on some evenings (although I cannot fault to the cooking). The uneven steps leading to the chalet were a challenge to negotiate in ski boots. Apart from that everything was good. The in resort Skiworld staff were excellent and went out of their way to help, the chalet was close to the slopes, the bedrooms were comfortable..so no real complaints.

Brilliantly organised trip from the whole team. The trip was made incredibly easy and the food was excellent from our two chalet hosts Josh and James who were very hospitable. chalet Eisfall was ideal location with ski in and ski out. The shop for our skis was next door and there were some nice bars. Not too noisy and the beds were very comfortable. It was also great value for money. Highly recommend.

Great chalet and hosts. Couldn't fault the food but the wine was a bit rough (red). Only thing to add would be a boot warming rack if you were to upgrade it. Great holiday.

I was unable to fly out on the originally booked date, and found Ski World very unhelpful in assisting me in sorting out my alternate arrangements. Although I didn't utilise a flight, transfer, 2 meals, one day ski pass and one day ski hire; I was not compensated or assisted. However, when I arrived, the week was incredible! I just wish I could say the same about the Ski World customer service.

Another excellent ski holiday with Skiworld. Flights and transfers have all gone smoothly. Chalet conveniently located near to lifts and restaurants. Chalet hosts warm, welcoming and excellent cooks.

Just returned from a short ski break (2 days skiing) in Chalet Chanterelle which is an apartment in Les Balcons de Belle Plagne with the trip organised by Ski World. Was pleasantly surprised. The chalet apartment is basic but offers everything you need. It is also bright and faces out over the village which is nice. There are balconies all around. All rooms are en-suite and a soak in the bath after skiing was very welcome - forget the jacuzzi bit, nothing more than a tiny tickle but to me the jacuzzi was unimportant. Our lovely chalet girl Lauren worked hard and somehow managed to cater for the full chalet clientele of 12 from a tiny kitchen which offered her approx 2 sq ft of worktop space. The chalet apartment is wonderfully situated for skiing - ski in, ski out, which is such a treat. The ski hire shop is next to the front door of the building entrance, so extremely convenient. We didn't have time to try the pool so can't comment. Walking to the bars and restaurants took 5-10 mins but was easily do-able. Skiworld were easy to book with - delightful and helpful young people to deal with (off season). However, our final documents were very late in coming which was a little alarming and trying to talk to someone in the office once the season had started was very difficult. My only other gripe would be that Grenoble is too small an airport to cope with large numbers on changeover day particularly if there are delays. There was fog on our return home and no flights could land or take off. There wasn't any space even to sit on the floor during our 3 hour delay. Fog and Grenoble aside, my Ski World experience was a good one and I would definitely consider booking with them again.

Unfortunately, our chalet host was ill for the majority of the week. Temp staff were not as efficient. The communal areas and kitchen needed cleaning. Our rooms were not cleaned and we didn't get fresh towels through the week. Food also suffered a noticeable difference in standards. We had a much better experience when our original chalet host recovered. Although this wasn't the end of the world as we were a group of lads and dads for the price we paid we expected a better experience throughout therefore poor contingency planning from the Company.

Very professional company. Employ the right people at the customer end. There resort and transfer staff all went the extra mile to try and ensure that the customer was happy.

Accommodation was good, Food was very good. Chalet was close to the lifts and Ski-in. Resort was very good with short transfer to airport.

Great trip with Ski World to Mayrhofen, Austria this January. From the initial phone enquiry to booking our trip through transfer to resort and the quality of our accommodation we were really pleased. Only downside was the distance of the transfer coach drop off point to the Chalet Stoanerhof, a good 10 minute walk uphill draging cases not a good end to a day of travelling. Room 108 was spacious compared to many I have stayed in and nothing was too much trouble for the staff especially if you have food allergies or other food requirements. Quiet location and what you see in the brochure is what you get. Wiil definately consider Ski World for my next booking.

I have only given 2 stars off the backs of the hard work from the staff at resort. Other than that a holiday with this company has got to have been a truly terrible experience! Starting with transfers that would have been illegal had I been cattle the conditions were that bad! I brought my concern along with photographic evidence to the CEO’s attention directly but no response so I’ll tell everyone my experience, and it’s poor
