Staff were exceptional
Skiworld delivered a truly memorable week in Mayrhofen for our family ski holiday. Well organised by the booking team in London, but the team in the resort were exceptional. Professional, friendly, interesting and happy team of people that together with the Guests created a brilliant atmosphere in the chalet for the week.
Journey out was acceptable - apart from the stop in Moutiers and the transfer of passengers from other buses/coaches to ours', but was reasonably quick (but no indication was given this would happen). Chalet was cosy & comfortable; though not as close to slopes as we were led to believe in terms of ski-out. Chalet hosts Elysia and Jodie were great. Transfer down the mountain was awful: long stop in Moutiers waiting for other buses/coaches to arrive with no prior warning this would occur (so no initial provision could be made e.g. food/drink/etc); onward journey was then on very crowded bus (lots of (hand) luggage in aisle and around seats as well as on overhead panels; arrived to airport so early the gate had no opened; flight was delayed and we then had no actual allocated seats on the plane (3 family members given seat 1D, 1E, 1F which do not exist on plane) - stewardess had to improvise seating arrangements as flight listed as full. We got to LGW much later than planned which meant despite relatively quick drive back, we arrived home 14.5 hours after leaving chalet.
Lovely accomodation, really close to ski lifts and restaurants/bars. Chalets hosts lovely. Resort host very helpful.
Great company helpful and good last minute deal. Good flight choices and plenty of accommodation. Amazing chalet hosts always really friendly and great cooks.
Great chalet, excellent location, we had a great holiday. Food was lovely, good wine and we had two great chalet hosts who looked after us very well. We’ll definitely use them again.
I thought that the experience was good, but not luxurious or a particularly high level of service. For the price, I expected more. We had to wait a long time for our transfer to our chalet, and the biggest nuisance was despite paying for the entire chalet, un-related staff members were coming in and out of our chalet at all hours. One evening, a staff member came into our chalet at almost 11 pm to get something out of our kitchen, and she wasn't even working in our chalet. Other days, people would come in at 7 am, and wake us up with the noise of the doors slamming shut.
Our experience of Skiworld was an extremely positive one. The standard of accommodation and the staff in the resort were really good. Our host, Olivia, could not do enough for us and made our holiday perfect. The resort managers visited often and asked if everything was ok and if we were happy. Very professional and courteous.
Great holiday just wish the journey (both ways) hadn’t taken all day given we were only going to France. Food was delicious, staff friendly and helpful and location of chalet good.
We booked our ski trip through ISki who were very knowledgeable and recommended the resort and chalet to us. Despite the long journey, we were delighted with the excellent travel arrangements and our in-resort rep, Aric, and our amazing chalet girl, Grace. SkiWorld took care of everything for us - they even arranged fresh snow dumps for us so that we had a thoroughly enjoyable week in Tignes.
Chalet host and Resort Rep were amazing. Really fantastic and couldn't fault them. Skiworld were slightly disappointing. No rep on return coach transfer and coach dropped us at wrong terminal at Geneva for the second year running. No Skiworld reps in sight so the nice Crystal rep helped us out. Ran with kids and luggage and made flight with seconds to spare.
I had one if the best holidays. The size of the chalet was fab and the hosts were excellent! Thank you and will definitely be booking with you again!
Chalet Milo was very clean the views were fantastic .The location was great especially with the ski shop next to the place The host Archie was amazing . He did more then i expected he should do,being the only vegetarian he adapted the menu to suit my needs. The food was restaurant standard and never went hungry. Callum and archie were great organising a transfer when one of our party needed to leave early after accident could not fault ski world especially Archie and Callum Thank Heather

All great with the exception of flight times...
Very nice modern clean chalet and good location right by the slopes. Accommodation and food and wine was very good and chalet staff friendly and helpful.
5 star service all round
We booked last minute and before the half term and our Skiworld rep took time to come up with a number of options and was very honest about the locations (pros and cons) so that we could select the best holiday us. The description of the chalet and its location was as described and met/exceeded our expectations. All arrangements went smoothly.
