I have to admit I was skeptical at first, so much so I canceled my first booking within the four hour window. It was easy to do and had no charges on my card. Two weeks later I went back and rebooked. Got tix for 50% less than direct with airline. Called the airline and confirmed booking and even selected my seats. Charge from airline appeared on my card, as expected for correct amount. Flight is months away, but dont doubt its legit.

I have had the worst experience using skybooker. I am still trying to clean up the mess. This is a company who does not value their individual customers. I have so far spent over 10 hours either waiting on hold on the phone or trying to gather impossible documentation they keep asking for. I was never told before I purchased, at any step, that there was an additional fee to use them, either. I will never be using this service again, and will warn all of my traveling friends against using them as well.

Had to cancel my trip because of the coronavirus outbreak. Everyone I talked to was very helpful and informative. They quickly took care of everything. Much, much better than the airline people (shame on you Air France) I had to deal with. I will definitely recommend this company and will use it in the future.

My first booking, was very skeptical with the site’s validity. Boy was I wrong! We saved over $450.00 per ticket & that included insurance for the same Airline & flight schedule! I’m a Skyscanner advocate now!

Horrible experience with Destina Travel. Refused to cancel or rebook my flight to Italy, which is a level 3 CDC country because of COVID 19 (Coronavirus)

It was seamless transaction. A good value for the money. They had the best fare when the other sites were still very high. We were kicking our selves for not booking six months out from the trip. Then we found skybooker and they had the fare we wanted. Great job guys.

Currently been on hold for over an hour. I have contacted a rep half a dozen times over the past 4 days to change flight due to coronavirus. They say they need to contact Delta and tell me they’ll call back in an hour or two. Have YET to receive any callbacks. Also contacted delta on my own and the change fees are waived and EASILY accessible on their website. This is ridiculous. SkyBooker is absolute trash.

I recently bought a plain ticket to Europe through this site. My flight was canceled and they would only give us a 50% refund. I find it completely appalling that I am being charged for a service I’m not being given. You can tell they really don’t don’t care about their customers at all. Some people have to save up for years to buy a plane ticket. I understand that the flight getting canceled wasn’t their fault but the least they could do is give you a refund

Here I'm again! Just wanted to share the really bad experience I had with you over the phone yesterday. I have called 3 times to ask for information and one of your colleagues was "nice" enough to hang up the phone while I was talking to her. Each time I have received different details and you were not even able to give me alternatives to evaluate. The standard e-mail you send is " Cancellation fee of 325$ per passenger will be applied" but it would be nice if you could give also some solutions to the passenger. I'm looking through Delta's website and there are a lot of options available: "Change to a different flight. If you select this option, you may make a one-time change and we will waive any applicable change fee.* To change your flight, visit My Trips on delta.com and click on "Modify Flight".Choose "Start Flight Change" and select which flight you would like to change to search for a new flight.The change fee will display initially, however, once you select your new itinerary the change fee will be waived prior to checkout. Note, if changes are made to the originally ticketed cities or rescheduled travel occurs beyond the guidelines, the change fee will be waived, however, a difference in fare may apply.* You may choose to cancel your trip, and use the value towards a future flight. You may cancel your flight and apply any unused value of the ticket toward the purchase of a new ticket for a period of one year from the original issue date. Applicable change fee and fare difference will apply for new travel dates and will be collected at the time of booking the new ticket. " None of this can be applied to my ticket? Sorry, but I will never use your services again and I absolutely do not invite others passengers like me to use skybooker. PLEASE STAY AWAY! Ciao!
