Feb 23,2020The service during the call was good but after we purchased our tickets, we had some problems to have a feed back. I received my booking confirmation but not my 2 friends, I called to ask to solve the problem. They said they will be back with the solution but nobody contacted me since. We had to find our reservations by ourselves by calling to the airplane company. So I am disappointed a bit. It means after everything is paid there is no more support...

Feb 18,2020The prices are very good but when Skybooker posted a cheaper price 6hrs later I immediately asked them to price match and they disappointingly declined. Thanks for nothing. I will notify my credit card company to pricematch instead. I’m not too sure if they’ll honour this price months down the road when I actually fly but we will see...

Feb 18,2020I was using skyscanner.com to try to find cheap fares to Italy. Skybooker was one of the sites that came up so I tried them. Their fares turned out to be less than what I could find directly from the carriers. The process to get the tickets was fairly easy, and I was able to verify everything through the airlines once it was booked. We have not taken the trip yet, but assuming everything goes well, I will definitely give them a shot again for our next trip.
