Feb 16,2020Got Charlie, things were a bit complicated but he was fantastic, patient, great communication, tracked it all down, got it done and got back as he promised to do. The whole process took 30-45mins, but he was in control, knew what was going on and kept us in the loop the whole time. A very GOOD experience with a booking that had a few curve balls. Feb 08,2020The flight part of the booking was fine. But unfortunately you have partnered with CSA for travel insurance. Their billing was questionable and the service when contacting them about this was evasive and unsatisfactory. I would use Skybooker again; they really stepped up to the plate to address my concerns. I would not buy the insurance from CSA. I don’t trust them.

Feb 07,2020I was a bit skeptical based on other reviews. Then I received an "urgent" call to contact them. I thought, "Oh, oh... here we go!" But they only needed to verify my passport numbers for the international flight segments. Then, everything proceeded smoothly. (The trip has not yet taken place. We'll assume it continues to go smoothly.)
