Feb 18,2020I really liked this site as the pricing structure was clear - especially as Basic Economy fares don't work for me, however a lot of these sites just seem to push the Basic Economy fares. Booking was easy and I was happy with the price, much cheaper than the airline website. However, unfortunately Skybooker has since updated their website and changed the layout and it's just plain confusing - they are now not taking into account time zones when calculating travel time - if they fix that and clearly show the price structures again without having to go through many steps, I will definitely use again.

Feb 18,2020I have been using them for several years now and I always get or better prices or better routes when I go with them. 2 years ago we found cancer in my mom and had to cancel our trip to spain they took care of contacting the airlines and got most of our money back.
