Mar 11,2018I have to admit that at first I was very skeptical of the website or their ability to get the tickets at the low prices.... but after talking to Max several times, I was reassured and he was able to come through and get us a very low fare in comparison to other sites. Great customer service & Well worth it.

Feb 19,2018I attempted to book a flight to Germany. After selecting my flights and providing all of my information I was informed there were no seats available at the advertised price. I then received an email confirmation for $0. Four days later I received a email confirmation that I was in fact booked on the flight to Germany and my credit card was charged over $1200. Not a good experience.

Feb 19,2018The website had some difficulties in scheduling a flight to Germany in Late June. I called the phone number prominently displayed and talked to a gentleman who was extremely helpful and booked our roundtrip business class fight at a very reasonable rate. After we return, I will return to Trust Pilot and write a post experience review as it is still premature to talk about something as yet not received.

Feb 13,2018I will never book through Skybooker again. We had to suddenly cancel our trip and going through the refund process has been a nightmare!!! I was happy to hear that they would refund less than half of the cost of the flights, BUT they made me pay $300 right away to get a refund that would take 21 business days, annoying but acceptable. It is now 2 months later and I still haven't received my refund. Now I am out the total cost of my trip PLUS the $300 refund fee, for a refund I never received and probably won't ever get. I am finally having to go through my bank to dispute the charge, so they can fight with skybooker's incompetent customer service lines. **Update** Restored my faith in this company, I wish I had left a bad review earlier and it wouldn't have been such a frustrating process. I worked with Nadeem who was diligent in following up with me and so patient with me, as I was clearly frustrated with the refund process. Nadeem promised to mail a check/refund the funds back to my original credit card by tomorrow. Fingers crossed that this is finally the end to this headache and I can use Skybooker with trust in the future.

Feb 08,2018This website is unbelievable. The original rate I found on a semi direct flight still cheaper than what I found on all the other websites. I called The helpdesk to see if I could book my seats and they not only help me book my seat but find me a cheaper direct option. Highly recommend this website. Make sure you ask for Severin Who help me find this wonderful option. Again best website ever

Feb 07,2018I booked a transatlantic ticket. I never received a ticket number. I contacted sky booker and cancelled the original purchase (that never actually went through). They confirmed the cancellation of the ticket and I re-booked the same flight two days later - this time without problems. A month later, I got the surprise. Skybooker billed for both tickets, although they confirmed the cancellation of the first ticket (the one, I never received a ticket number for) A long quarrel ensued, but Skybooker refused to reimburse the cost for the cancelled ticket. They behave like a major rip-off. Beware. Do not use this (dis)service, even if they advertise cheap tickets They behave like a scam website

Jan 28,2018This site Skybooker listed a price, subsequent to booking I received a call stating there was a “system glitch”, the flight that I booked was much higher. Bait and switch I concluded. However, after receiving several phone calls, Skybooker honored the original price, however the premium economy seats that were a part of my original booking was not honored and I paid extra to reserve my seat.

Jan 26,2018I use Momondo for the booking flights, and for my US to UK flight, Skybooker offered a price that was just 50% of the next lowest price! Booking was fast and easy. I used the supplied booking code to log in with the carrier airline and arrange FF miles and seating (which was also available on the Skybooker site).

Jan 25,2018I booked my flight from USA to Europe through Airfare Experts and Skybooker. Everything was smooth and did not take a long time. But truth to be told, I was nervous and skeptical because the price for the 2 business tickets to Europe was about $2,000 cheaper and I have not done any business with previously. I took my chance and got a confirmation from them within 2 hours and called the airlines and was told that the reservation was valid. I will definitely use them again and will refer them my family and friends.
