So far, so good!! We just booked yesterday and will not be flying for months. This was our first experience with Skybooker. We saved well over a $1000 for our 4 tickets. Our credit card declined the charge as suspicious for our habits. Skybooker let us know right away but I didn't see the email for an hour. Thankfully, after contacting our credit card co., we still got the flights we wanted. The price seemed too good to be true but we went on British Airways with our booking number and our names and itineraries came up.

Saved me $1000 on a trip to europe. If you follow the instructions the website works as expected. My tickets were issued within hours by Lufthansa and my flight info there was as I expected. I booked extra legroom on the Lufthansa website, makes the 10 hour trip in economy seats more tolerable!

Don’t use skybooker - not worth the savings. This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever received and the company still hasn’t responded though I’ve followed up politely several times for months and don’t know how to get them to respond. During an emergency (wife went into labor early) while out of the country on a trip booked through skybooker, I had to get back home ASAP. Not only did skybooker not attempt to help in any way the customer service rep literally hung up on me while I was speaking during a pretty serious crisis! I emailed skybooker’s support email 4-5 times since asking for a manager to please contact me to review this and they haven’t responded. I’d like a manager to please contact me at his or her earliest convenience. P.S. Wife and baby are healthy! skybooker provides the worst customer service imaginable.

It is wonderful experience so far. I bought online and there was no hidden charges or surprises. Whatever they enlisted on the site that is exactly we found when we bought the ticket. I called customer service to verify and on first ring someone start speaking and he was very helpful. The customer service representative was so courteous and polite, i like the company how they do the business. I bought the ticket but did not fly yet. I will see how they help during the travel. Thanks Skybooker.

Worst experience in my life! I watched several airline pages, travel pages for about 2 months to book a flight home to Germany with my infant. I got the cheapest fare with SKYBOOKER for a total of 1283,14 $ I noticed a couple weeks later when I wanted to make a seat reservation that I couldn't look up my flight status. So I called the costumer service which is so hard to understand with the accent for me as european. I tried to explain the situation that I am not able to look up my flight status. This guy could not help me figure out why and so I called the Lufthansa costumer service and the first thing the lady said on the phone was that my last and first name are switched out. I would need to get back with the travel agency and change that otherwise I wouldn't be able to fly. So I called back skybooker costumer service and this guy again didn't know what to do and says he calls me back. What he did, but he told me that I have to cancel the ticket with a cancellation fee of 425$ and book the ticket new. The new ticket was already at 1400,14 $. Now I got the refund back on my account which is only 649,64$ that means I paid 425$ for the cancellation, 117$ more for the new ticket and at the end I lost 633,50 $ on my first ticket. First of all I never got an email or any information how the cancellation fee makes 425$, I never got an email about refund details. My total ticket price is now 2458,64$ and that just because my first and last name where switched out. I am pretty sure they could have changed it without a problem or at least put a note for the airline on it. This company screws people and I will never in my life book ever with this agency again. I saved an entire year for that ticket and now I am totally broke, have nothing for Christmas gifts for my nephew and nieces. I hope you are happy now SKYBOOKER! MERRY CHRISTMAS I never got so ripped off before in my life

Though the flights were cheap which is great, we chose seats for our flight during our booking but they were never passed along to the airline. Now, four days before our trip, we have to pay a fee to reserve seats through the airline that we originally thought we already had reserved through SkyBooker. Be sure to read the fine print when booking.

Great service and fare. The customer service was very corteous and returned my call on the clock even during the weekend. Max was the representative managing my case, he was extremely kind and prompt in addressing my requests. This was the first time I used this company and I plan to use it again.

I just booked my flights from Canada to Auckland then Sydney, Australia to Canada. After a lot of research, I found an awesome price $1,147CA return! I booked with Skybooker as my travel agent could not match this price (it was $170 more per person). The process was super easy. I also called their number and the employees were super helpful. Hopefully, everything goes smoothly with the flights,

I was happy with the price. Although we did pay an extra $30 fee for seat selection. However, upon contacting the airlines we learned that we had to pay an additional fee to select our seats. $30 is not a lot of money; but it was a waste. ***Update - We were not charged the extra $30. This was not made clear at the time. Happy to have gotten the feedback fro Skybooker.

Excellent customer service. Booked with Skybooker through Momondo on a flight to Europe. Weeks later I was notified by a Skybooker representative (Aysha Khatoon) that my return flight had been cancelled by the airline. Panic time!! Not having any experience with Skybooker made me nervous but I was told by Aysha not to worry. Surprised to see in less than a day she had already fixed my issue and found a similar flight for me to complete the itinerary. Problem solved and only took a couple emails, she was excellent. Thanks Aysha!!

OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!! I'm a first time user after reading a favorable review on Momondo in a national magazine. Flying several times a year, and repetitively searching air discounters, I always end up booking direct with carrier for various reasons - lack of true discounts for same routes, poor connections, etc. Momondo gave Skybooker as the best option for rate (by hundreds of dollars of savings!) and layover time (with multiple countrieson route direct was not an option from my small hometown airport). The on-line purchase system was fast and easy, processing acknowledgement in real-time and ticket confirmation from carrier in 2 hours! After using the site I saw some negative reviews and the responses from Skybooker. I say try Skybooker, don't wait to book your trip if you see a great fare/schedule, careful entering your booking information and enjoy the savings and experience! Definitely will spread the word!
