Had an issue with my booking as I couldn't figure out how to log into Cathay's website properly but the owner of the company was super great and attentive in getting all my questions answered! Would book with them again for sure

I had booked a first time Winter Wonderland trip to Europe for the Holidays! The price was right and the flight was direct with minimal layovers. Not even 24 hours after booking the ticket I had realized there was an error in my booking name. I immediately contacted SkyBooker and was greeted by Max, he had a warm welcome and a sense of urgency. Max assured me he would do his best to rectify the error. He immediately booked a new ticket that happened to be available with same flight schedule. He was able to reissue a new ticket at no charge within the 24 hour cancelation period and an approval from airline carrier. I'm truly grateful for Max's efficiency and amazing customer service. This was the first time I used this site and I found it through using Momondo. The price, the flight times, the layover times were the best out there. The website was quick and easy to use as well. Big kudos to the customer support (which I think is based out of India), I use a VPN and they were concerned when the tickets were bought as my IP at the time said I was in Asia, but really I was in Canada. They called twice to confirm it was really me before charging the credit card. I would use this site again.

I had to use the phone system as it appears Delta does not allow on line input. This makes the process much lengthier than necessary. However the lady who undertook the transaction was very helpful and pleasant and there were no other issues

Here's the SKybooker scam: 1) advertise a low-price flight that has already expired. 2) After you book, send a message later saying (inaccurately) say your card was declined, even thought your bank says it is fine 3) WHeb you try to resolve, they say they will get back to you and never do. 4)After a few tries, they finally get back to you and say, oh that fare expired, please buy a different one on a different day at a much higher price. Bottom line: If you see a skybooker fare that is lower than the compeition, beware! They are ethical and will use false advertising to lure you in. REPLY TO SKYBOOKER REPLY: Your reply is false, it contains inaccuracies and misleading statements. (1) After I contacted my bank, I called skybooker back and gave then the correct zip code. But the skybooker agent could not figure out how to correct the zip code, and so twice he resent the wrong zip code to my bank, resulting in two more needless declines. Those two declines were skybooker's fault, not mine. (2)Then, after these two more needless declines due to the agent's mistake, he said he would straighten things out with verification, and email me a confirmation in a half hour. But after 30 minutes, nothing, and then later I received an email with no message. THIS IS WHY SKYBOOKER IS UNETHICAL _ THEY MAKE MISTAKES AND THEN BLAME THE CUSTOMER. (3) When I called back the next morning, the agent said she would work on it and call me back in 10-15 minutes, That never happened. When I called back, she said she needed another 15 minutes, and would call back. That never happened. THUS: TWO AGENTS LIED TO ME REPEATEDLY. (4) The flight I was interested in was still available.on the days I wanted it. Given all the mistakes and lies, an ethical company would have honored the fare advertised, and make the booking for me, even if it meant expense on their part. But skybooker is not an ethical company.

I bought a ticket with Skybooker for an attractive fare, checked the status on the email that was sent to me, and was shown on the Skybooker page that the flight was CONFIRMED. At 2:29AM I had an email from them saying "just confirming that we got your request. We're on it." Then at 2:33AM another email stating they cancelled my booking due to "invalid flight combination." I had already booked connecting flights based on the fact the Skybooker page told me the booking was confirmed. And thanks for the $1 charge on my credit card, that's a nice extra touch. Really disappointed.

Worst customer service ever. A day after booking online tickets and recieving flight confirmation, recieved a call from company rep to notify me that those tickets are not available and next best thing for the date i needed would cost me almost double more. They sell tickets they dont have, be aware...

Great Site,Good Service Was searching tickets through Momondo was directed to Skybooker.com. First I was bit skeptical and but went ahead and booked the ticket. Prices that this site finds are excellent. Booking online was simple. However, a couple of glitches in the system meant that the itinerary stated 'economy' , not 'business' as booked, but with great support from Nadeem in Admin the problem was resolved. Thank you so much Nadeem for such a professional service!!

Saw flights for a very good price this morning on the momondo website, which redirected me to Skybooker.com. Phoned in to customer service to ensure this price was for 2 people and was told that the online information I was looking at was correct. Proceeded to book flights on the website, and received a confirmation number and email stating that they will authenticate credit card prior to taking payment. Skybooker authenticated my credit card but did not take payment at that time for some unknown reason. I received an email over 5 hours after I had booked the tickets saying there had been a glitch in the booking system and that the prices had increased from 715.44 CAD to 1657.44 CAD. Called customer service again to understand why they didn't process my credit card initially and discuss how anyone can trust their company since a customer can't believe their online price or the confirmation of same by a customer service representative. There was nothing helpful about the conversation, and the agent had no interest in hearing me, as he only kept repeating that the price I had booked was NOT the actual price, and that the ACTUAL price is 1657 CAD. There was a glitch in the system and it hadn't included all of the taxes in the price. While typing this review I received a phone call to confirm if I wanted to cancel or continue with my booking for the new price of 1657 CAD. Once again a very unhelpful phone call which just put all of the blame on Air Canada for the glitch in the system. I obviously cancelled my reservation. I will never be booking with this site again as I will never believe any of their prices. Additionally they have up to 24 hours to complete your reservation (which is apparently done based on how far out your trip is booked and since mine was being booked for October it received less precedence than those booked for a sooner date), at which point in any time during that 24 hours if the price increases they will not honour the price that you had booked. Very frustrated.

Can't praise this company enough! I already got a great fare for my flights to Europe but my bank hit me with a 3% foreign transaction fee because the Lufthansa flights were processed in Canada even though the cost was quoted in US$. I informed Skybooker and they refunded me the transaction charges without problem or fuss. Great customer service and much appreciated.

Very poor customer service. Representatives are rude, unhelpful and aggressive. Soon after I booked my ticket, I called them because I did not get the selected seat while I booked my ticket. The representative says you never selected seats and started talking rudely saying he doesn't believe me, pointing I was lying. So I cancelled my tickets right away and the charade of carelessness carries on. Their accounting is also very shady. They refused to send any confirmation email of cancellation and refused to give any a refund receipt and kept confronting to wait until I get refund in my account. He says the company does not send any confirmation of cancellation to customers. What kind of company does not send you confirmation of all transactions? The guy rudely refused to send an invoice too.

I had an issue with Skybooker regarding a booking and credit card transation. After they contacted me, the issue was resolved pretty fast and they were helpful. They have good prices for flights, so I suggest to call them if you want to book.

However, my credit card company denied your charge. I had to call them and discuss the issue, we had a conference call with Skybooker and the issue was resolved. However, I was lucky to call within 24 hours and my initial reservation pricing was confirmed. Wonder why your company is not accepted vendor with Chase.

I tried to make a purchase on skybooker.com, but my credit card flagged it as fraud and denied the sale. Skybooker emailed to say the charge hadn't gone through and to call if I still wanted to make the purchase. I took the denial as a sign and decided not to take the trip. 15 hours later, I woke up to a confirmation email saying my card had been charged and the ticket would arrive soon. I called to say I hadn't given permission to charge my card again and had not been warned that such a thing was possible. The two people I spoke to were both extremely rude, and each insisted that it was ok to charge my credit card continuously for up to 24 hours until it went through, even if the initial purchase was unsuccessful. All the while, the second charge hadn't gone through and when I called my credit card they said there was no way that would be permissible, and the people at skybooker.com clearly had no idea what charges were actually taking place. Terrible experience, will definitely not use this site again.

Update: I was contacted by the company after I submitted my review. The person I was talking to was very helpful and seemed to understand my issue. My problem was addressed within a few hours and I received an email with the invoice I needed. I also received a confirmation of the refund being processed, what was supposed to take 45 days as I was told before. I received my refund within a few days. My recent communications with this company were more pleasant than the previous ones. Customer service improved greatly after that. I am pleased with the outcome in the end, but I do wish it would have been standard. --------------- This company may be great if you do not need to change anything for your flight. I thought I would not need to change anything either when I booked. I have had the worst of luck and had to cancel my flight. I understand it is a non-refundable ticket. However, when I asked to get an itemized invoice or listing of charges for a third party which is going to be reimbursing me for my costs, I only get people on the line that speak broken English at best who don't seem to comprehend what I am asking. I was told rudely to email my request to support and that I would get a reply with 24 hours. After 50 hours I called them again and was put on mute for 10 or more minutes without even being told that that was going to happen. The representatives continuously repeat the same statements and are not helpful at all. In fact, they get very defensive and confrontational as soon as you mention cancellation. By far the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I wish I could just forget about the money just so I would not have to deal with them anymore, but unfortunately I cannot just waste 1300 dollars. So I will continue my uphill battle with these people until they get those 5 lines into Microsoft Word, or OpenOffice, in case they don't want to pay for the word processing program, so I can submit my claim to the third party.
