Jan 10,2022I accessed Smart Clinic after suffering a bereavement. I had 5 sessions with a councillor over the phone. The options were a phone call or face time appointments so I chose phone call. The councillor was fantastic and really helped me with my problems. Would recommend this service to others struggling.

Nov 30,2021Smart clinic appointments are paid for by the company who request them on behalf of the employee. In return reports are left open to interpretation which allows the company to enforce their own agenda whilst using the report as their justification to do so. In other words the smart clinic do the companies bidding for them. Obviously I expect smart clinic to dispute this but they would do wouldn't they. Update. I have received a reply from smart clinic, as expected they absolve themselves of blame, they neither answered the points I raised and will carry on regardless. I stand by my original comments. They are paid for their opinion by the employer and in return they leave reports open for interpretation.
