Apr 02,2021I was impressed with how professional and knowledgeable Ann was. She made me feel at ease and knew about ME/CFS, understanding the implications of the illness. I felt so relieved that it meant I could talk to her without feeling the fatigue later. Being able to book the appointment online was helpful too as I could see the available slots immediately that would fit in with my day. The report was created quickly and the whole process was smooth. Thank you
